“Ive been shopping at this Concord store since it was on Monument Blvd., but I love the new location! I get everything from paint to furniture here at the Concord store. Most recently, I found a set of vintage bedroom dressers that were selling on Etsy and EBay for well over 1k each. I told the employees about the discrepancy between their cheap price and what they could get. Yet they ensured me that this cheaper price would benefit me and that was more important. The sales people literally scoured the store to find even more parts to the set. I was blown away by the service. The Employees are 100% the best part of this business at the Concord location. From the lady on the floor (I wish I got their names!!) to the young men in the warehouse in back who loaded our truck. They were thoughtful and kind and very deserving of a compliment and commendation.”
“Children’s resale boutique with a thrift store feel. Reasonable prices, they have a good rotation, every time I go in I find something. A great place to trade your kid’s clothes for the next size up or donate stuff you won’t use. A great asset to the community with friendly owner. It feels good finding second hand goodies here.”
“Beautifully decorated store, full of the smell of fall. Love the little plaza of pumpkins and Halloween costumes! However the prices are a little high as of a Hospice Thrift shop?”
“4 stars for the staff, the cleanliness and the ample selection of items. Zero stars for the increasing greed of Goodwill and their executives. $9.99 for a women's plain long sleeve t shirt is ridiculous and not what Goodwill is here for. It is no longer an affordable option for families in need. We can find cheaper clothing items online or for sale at other stores. And please don't comment that our shopping leads to jobs and counseling etc. Each clothing item needs to be reduced by a few dollars in order for Goodwill to be affordable for our community again.”
“I just dropped off about 6 bags of clothes, blankets, and school supplies at 2pm, which is when they stop accepting donations. Rather than being made to feel bad for keeping someone late or being asked to come back tomorrow, I was greeted by a gentleman saying, "Welcome to Goodwill. Thank you so much for your donation!" He continued to be very kind, gracious, and courteous. What an amazing experience! The whole transaction lasted less than 2 minutes, but the impression this gentleman made on me will last a very long time.”
“I found this thrift store by accident and I'm so glad I did! Very nice quality items. I found an IKEA leather for $60, it sells for $249!!
The staff is very welcoming and helpful! I really like this store and the organization it helps.”
