Once again great sales advice from Reggie, accurate and detailed measurements by Lorna and awesome carpet installation on my boat from Alfredo. Boat carpet installation is both tedious and time consuming and requires knowledge and expertise. That’s why we continue to return to the floor store in concord.

Great service made everything simple for my wife and I. Zonia was prompt and helpful throughout the whole sale/scheduling process and Manny was very fast, clean and did great work on the installation! Would definitely recommend them both!

What incredible service! I ordered our wonderful flooring from The Floor Store many weeks ago. It came in on time yet, there were some significant issues that arose regarding the product and delivery. Not at all worth going into detail on what went wrong. Suffice it to say that EVERYTHING was resolved in very short order! I want to extend our sincere thanks and recognition to Reggie, Tiffany Tapia and certainly to driver, Arnulfo Mendez. You all went way above and beyond what most other companies would likely do with the same circumstances. Thank you so very much. We love our floors!

We had THE most amazing customer service. Tiffany held our hand through the entire process and treated us as though we were her top priority. I am pretty confident that's how she treats ALL of her clients. The floors were installed by extreme professionals and I could not be happier. It's like a dream come true. I had quotes from SEVERAL competitors, and not only was the price reasonable, the quality is outstanding. We went with Oceanside Champagne LPV.

Highly recommend The Floor Store! Curtis and employees helped me find a discontinued floor. Curtis was always responsive and helpful as well as employees at various warehouses. They all get an A+ for customer service!!!

Happened upon The Floor Store after weeks of looking futilely elsewhere for hardwood flooring that we liked, for a major remodeling project. Within minutes, the excellent sales consultant Tiffany was able to show us many excellent choices, and sent us home with elegant sample pieces in Hickory and Oak. We went with Oak, and she diligently fellowed up to make sure we ordered in time to avail of their sale prices, and when later we needed to exchange some flush mount vents which didn't suit, worked with the manufacturer to facilitate a smooth exchange. A wonderful experience dealing with this store and Tiffany!

I walked into the store wanting to replace the carpet in a downstairs room and the steps, I originally wanted some kind of hard flooring but I told Mr. Curtis Left the salesman that I was selling my house and wanted to get it ready for sale. His recommendation saved me a good amount of money and both the den and the stairs look great. The customer service at this store was A+++.

Just finished having new luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in my kitchen. If you are looking to have new flooring installed, see Carlos Amaya at The Floor Store in Concord. He made it happen without any hassle or problems. We're really happy with new flooring and recommend them highly.
