Excellent customer service! We had an event at our gym and Tart opened their door to us to shop as apart of the event's activities. Beautiful decor and great selection of women's clothes. So glad I now know of this super chic boutique.

This is the place for chocolate and the selection is matched by the helpfulness of the owner. Jack will assist in navigating the spectrum of offerings from around the world, including local brands, to select gifts that delight. Holidays are busy and the store is small so arrive early in the day during peak times for the optimal experience.

WOW! This is the spot for chocolate. I LOVE this shop! Whenever I'm in the neighborhood I always have to stop in. My eyes can't take in all the chocolate goodness. Artisanal hard to find chocolate bars for every taste and palate. Jack, the owner, has so much style and obviously knowledge. He's the sommelier of chocolate. I can't walk out without at least a few bars. His sidekick Pali is bubbling around opening chocolates to sample. Do yourself a favor people, GO IN!! You'll be so glad you did.

This is an extraordinary establishment. A gem in the neighborhood. I came in recently for a gift, and was very impressed. I was looking specifically for chocolate containing bacon, as well as chocolate containing coffee, two things that are relatively uncommon. They had a surprising selection! In addition, they sell beautiful boxes plastered with local business logos, landmarks, and street names with beautiful detailing. You can customize any box easily with photographs or artwork and have it prepared in a matter of days! All of the chocolate is beautiful, unique and high quality. It is by far the largest and most diverse collection of chocolate I have ever seen in the world. Everything is relatively well-priced for what you are getting. The staff are kind and patient.

This place is a must visit shop for chocolate lovers! They have a wide variety of chocolate products from all over the world! It's really quite amazing how a small shop like this could offer so much! It's like Disneyland for chocolate lovers! Definitely a must visit!

An impressive array of every brand of chocolate one could possibly imagine! It was a little overwhelming, and a little pricey, but the owner was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice shop if you are looking for a very specific chocolate or to try something new. The tins on the wall were really cool. It was a little too overwhelming for me, but it was a lovely store with knowledgable and friendly service.

I saw the sign and made a beeline from across the street because I have a serious weakness for anything chocolate. And I'm so glad we stopped in because the owner, Jack, was such a pleasure to talk to. The man obviously knows his chocolate and was a walking encyclopedia of really anything - you tell him what you like (such as cinnamon or peanut butter) and he'll pull things off the shelves and run through all the details. Jack was also wonderfully generous with the samples. On our first visit there, we mentioned we liked spiciness, so he immediately pulled out a few pieces of chile-flecked for us to try, plus these praline truffles. And, as we were walking out on our second visit, the customer behind us mentioned one particular brand and Jack handed him his last few pieces for free. The walls are covered floor to ceiling with chocolate from all over the world, as well as these cool tin boxes made from scratch. Would definitely love to come back and try to even make a dent in that crazy chocolate selection. Definitely introduce yourself to Jack and ask for his recommendations for whatever you're in the mood for, you really cannot go wrong.

3/9/2019: My mouth expediently drops, "GEEZ! EEEEK~WOT IS DIS PLACE, EH?????!!!!! Wot's wid all dose tins???? WAAAAAAH!!!!" My first-born daughter gleefully squeals, "That man MADE all of these tins, Mom!" The owner proudly quips, "Yes! All those tins have every San Francisco City Streets' names! You won't find a SF street name missing . . . I checked and recheck daily!" "Waaaaah~I never visited a chocolate shop like this one-ever! So, you buy a tin and fill the tin with your chocolate?" The owner smiles, "Yes, you may buy a tin of your choosing filling it with chocolate or just buy the chocolate! The chocolate I have here consists of a deep, haunting flavor you won't forget." The owner hands a few chocolate samples to my daughter for me. Waaaah~The chocolate the owner gave me was a hard, dark chocolate nib: The sample was hauntingly delicious; meanwhile, my daughter loads up filling her tin with chocolate!

I was just in heaven in here! This little store is absolutely fantastic!!! It may be small, but there is the biggest and very best assortment I have seen anywhere. It is incredible. There are chocolate bars from all over the world. And all different kinds of flavor combinations. Jack knows everything, and if he doesn't carry it, you don't want it...I'm pretty sure. Pali is a firecracker and great at guiding you to the right things. It's San Francisco, so forget parking LOL. Go here! You will be happy you did.

Finally introduced myself to Jack on a rainy evening before stopping at a dinner party. It didn't seem like a last-minute gift but the products offered are special in their own way; one of a kind. The chocolate collection is extensive - and I feel like my money is well worth it when I support Jack's trade and shoppe. I hope it stays for another decade!
