They are very unprofessional and in a rush. Customer service was trash. The experts wasn’t friendly or treated me like they couldn’t fix my problem even tho their my carrier. You have to work with your customers not against & my experience with them was horrible. I’m African American as I read the reviews this not their first time doing this & I ain’t the only one went through this store manager is a problem. She not training them employees right or their just racism which is sick !!!!!!!!

Manuel and Jaun went above and beyond expectations when Helping my Wife and I.They were able to resolve all the issues we were having. Definitely recommend this location I know it is a little bit of a wait( they are always busy) however wroth the wait ! Things are done correctly the first time.

I want to thank Bianca and Manny for helping us last night. eSIM activation failed miserable, and they were able to assist me even though it was late and they were exhausted.Outstanding customer service. Truly grateful for their time. Always made me feel welcomed, and they always were super nice to us.

It's hard to compare phone companies cause now to phone companies can perform the same at the same location so it basically comes down to rates and services I personally feel like t mobile is the best value for your money more expensive companies are just overcharging you for the same service and cheaper companies are so trash you might save some money but at what cost like needing your phone in an emergency and it don't work or your account information being given out or sold

I want to yelp out kuddos to customer rep, Veronica, for her great customer service today. She went above and beyond my expectations. She knew exactly what needed to be done to both my husband's and my phone. There were multiple issues; she took the necessary time to fix all of them as welI address my many questions and concerns. I have been to the Willow Pass store a couple of times before with the same issues only to have them temporarily resolved. Thank you Veronica!

I have been a customer of T-Mobile for about 20 years. I first signed on with them because they were the cheapest at the time. Their rates are now competitive but I stay with them for the CUSTOMER SERVICE I get from them. I can be talking to a live customer service rep within a minute. My wife, who uses Verizon, can't get a live human being to help her to save her LIFE !!! GO with T-Mobile!!!

I don’t really write reviews much, but felt as though I needed to after my first time experience today. Won’t go into detail too much, just simply wanted to recognize an employee who helped me. Her name is Maggie. She was really kind and friendly, and went above to make sure I was taken care of. Customer service is a hard skill that not many people have, truthfully. Most people show up to work with an “I don’t care” attitude, so I when I meet someone who actually engages & gives me good service, I acknowledge them. Great job maggie! Oh, did I forget to mention that she also was on lunch break and still stopped by to ask if I was doing ok? Yea. Take notes kids. My daughter and I will be back to do more future shopping with her.

I went to this store to get my line activated and met the worst associates: VEE and JOANNA. They looked at me and decided serving a Black woman was not in their job description. They refused to activate my line onthe grounds that am not authorized in our account. I tried to explain to them that am authorized and was here yesterday without any issues but they couldn't hear me out because they had already made their decision not to serve me. They sent me away frustrated ,luckily I saw JAN who served me yesterday and she helped me out. And yes, am authorized in the account. She activated my line and even apologized on their behalf.Those two women:Vee and Joanna did not even bother to apologize because they knew what they were doing all along.They just wanted to humiliate me and send me away. When you combine Incompetence and Racism you get the worst customer service.Management kindly train Vee and Joanna,though i guess you can't do much about their attitudes....and you might as well give their entire paychecks to Jan because she's clearly doing their job.If its not for Jan I would have not got any service today. She deserves a raise.

Great customer service, the rep that assisted me was able to get me in and out within 20 mins, my two toddlers were running around the store and the staff was really accommodating. Thank you for your help!

If I could rate this T-Mobile location with a negative 5 stars I would I had ordered my fiancé a phone and received a text saying that the phone was ready for pick up so we went down to the store to pick it up at which time we were told that they no longer had the device, that they sent it back and credited my account but I'm the T-Mobile app it said it was still ready for pick up so this morning we stopped by the T-Mobile location by our house and Brielle was extremely helpful and found out that the phone is in fact at the Willow pass store still. I can't believe they lied to us yesterday and made us waste gas and most importantly our time. I recommend going to the Ygnacio valley Blvd and Oak Grove location instead.

I've been a long time TMobile customer but have always struggled with their in store customer service. I just walked into this store and am so impressed. Chuy at the Concord store has been exceptional. I'm doing some complex changes and phone line additions to my account and he's been kind, helpful, patient, and just the easiest and most pleasant staff my wife and I have ever encountered. He's going to be my go to person moving forward. I'm grateful for his help.

When you step through the door, i got acknowledged. Even though every rep were busy with customers, i got helped pretty quickly. Reps were friendly.
