I paid $229 for Full Detailed carwash and the car wasn't vacuumed nice, carpet not washed at all, water marks on the paint and many others. I returned the car 4 times to be re-done. THIS IS THE WORST CARWASH EVER AND THE MANAGERS AND THE EMPLOYEES DON'T CARE ABOUT IT.

I got the ultimate cleaning, which was $214. It was great. The only thing was that some of my rims weren’t cleaned but I’ll remember to look next time and bring that to their attention.
The waiting room inside is not very appealing. There are two small tables and one is broken and wobbles severely. The floors are SUPER dirty and there’s dust on everything. If the full luxury experience is important for you, I would pass on this place, but if you are looking for hardworking people to put some elbow grease on your car, this is where to go.

Very sloppy and rushed. Ordered the most expensive wash and some items supposed to be included like wheel washing was not. Poorly wiped down vehicle leaving water spots. Vacuuming was spotty and interior wipe down barely happened. I won't return.

It’s a little expensive if you want the full service which includes carpet and seat shampoo and clean but it’s worth it. They take their time to detail your entire car. They are very friendly too. Much friendlier than some of the customers that I watched come in as I was waiting for my minivan to be finished. There are probably like 30 employees there at one time so they are definitely fast when it comes to getting cars taken care of. Sometimes three or four people could be working on your vehicle at the same time.

Solid car wash. Quick lines and efficient. They do a great job on the interior with vacuuming and wiping. They also have a cheap detailing service for 100 if the car needs a deeper clean

Waste of money! I paid $38 and get back my car with all dust and dirtiness. rude employees and they are not care at all. if you don’t believe just go once then come here and write a review

There was only one car there and 8 employees and I paid for the $37 wash and it was garbage the detail and time spent on my car was minimal I will never go back...lazy

Horrible, expensive experience!
Waited a long time then finally chose the 50 dollar option, once finished... I left and when I was at lunch I noticed the tires were literally half coated with tire shine, the bottom portion of the car was literally still dirty. So I called and the woman Christine told me to come in anytime and receive a free wash. I came 10 days later and was told, no can do, cause of a 72 hour policy, which was never told or explained to me. I waited to come back because of the rain. When I asked how we can make it right the lady said pay for a new wash.
I will never utilize this business ever again even if someone else paid. One star isn't low enough.

My wash was pretty good..
they vacuum the inside and cleaned all of the windows..
I did find it funny that their door is SO broken that they want the customers to pull it closed!!

Maybe management needs to fix the door so the customers won't have to pull it closed ??

I have no idea why people complain about this place. I've seen the pictures and they all look like before pictures not after pictures. I went in this morning with a car that was absolutely filthy from a road trip to the desert. I had also managed to spill a chocolate mocha all over my dashboard. I showed them all of my concerns. They came up with a plan to address them and by the time I drove out a half an hour later the car was immaculate! All of the chocolate was gone. All of the puppy nose prints on the back window are gone so I can see you again and the car looks great so I strongly caution people about reading the reviews and thinking they are accurate. Go in, tell them what you need, have them do it and then check the car yourself as long as you check it before you drive out. If you spot something they didn't they will fix it. I love these guys. They have been taking care of my family for well over a decade or more and they always do an outstanding job!

Hi ~ I'm excited to share how great Super Station Car Wash is. They've been part of my life for many years. I love going in & seeing friends (as they've become, over time).
Some of them have children who used to be in my classes when I taught 1st/2nd grade for 21 years.
It's fun to catch up on how they're doing... :-)
I did meet The GM once (Francisco). He was very helpful, & from the results I've seen & experienced, must be an excellent boss.
I'm constantly amazed at how hard everyone works!
No matter the season (in heat & cold) such incredible, unbelievable effort!
Patrick meets me at my car, so kind & friendly, always taking such good care of my vehicle (& me!). He's so patient, professional, caring, & really makes sure everything (& everyone) is moving like a well-oiled machine...
The front-desk gals are also terrific (friendly & kind): Terri, Cynthia, Alisha, Ana, & Ereka.
The actual "washers" are unbelievable; so fast, yet careful, respectful, & thorough, seeming to have inexhaustible energy!
If your vehicle is in need of some TLC, Super Station Car Wash is the place to be!

A rare situation for me today I found that my vehicle had a light indicator my electric break system was damaged after getting a detail service this weekend. I went and spoke with manager regarding the damage and I requested they help pay for the service due to the problem happened in their location. It's a 17 year model car under 60,000 MLS I explained that the electrical buttons were damaged from moisture and that I'm sure it happened at the location he dismissed the problem saying I waited too long and I told him i was told to wait 24hrs to let it dry so I left it a day and today took it out for a drive when I noticed the damage. He said that all they can do is give me a refund and with electric matters they do not repair because they are not s mechanic shop and said that I would have to go to a shop and fix it on my own. I understand that they can not fix it at their location but you can take responsibility and have a professional tell us what the case was. I paid over 200 for a new battery and several other purchases and I am almost sure it was their fault. Please reconsider any interior washes because you can also become a victim of foul play.
