During my first visit to Subway at this location, I found the service lacking. Upon entering the line, the woman, whom I presumed to be the manager or owner, chose to assist another customer before me. As an African American, had to inquire if she had noticed me. The other cashier stepped in to make my sandwich, and their approach was much more pleasant. The manager did not inquire about my condiment preferences, showing a lack of attention to detail. This experience reaffirms my reluctance to visit Subway, as their reputation for customer respect is questionable. I have decided not to return.

The girl was nice to the people before me as they were laughing and joking in Spanish. When she got to me she was short and abrupt. I ordered a tuna sandwich and said I had a coupon, she said no we don't take those. I said shouldn't you have a sign for the public to know? She said I don't know but we don't take those. It will be $7.47. I said ok, I'll have to look into it. She said look into it. I said, you don't have to be rude about it. Paid for my sandwich and left and now I'm posting. I've going here on and off for 5yrs as I work in the area but no more.

Error in the order delivered. Delivery driver were switched, the second delivery person was a female. She delivered one item short, ordered two coke zero, received one. Brought it to her attention, she said she would go back to Subway to get the coke zero and she did not return. Called Subway they said they were busy and mentioned to go down and pick it up ( coke zero).

I've come here so many times the lady's always were nice...then I started using the app and ordering ahead so I could earn rewardsToday I had placed an order through the app around 10am for pickup at 12:50My coworker needed to leave so I called to try and be able to get my food earlierI called the store and the employee said she had no record I didn't order so I say ok I'll come down and show you on my phoneI get there explain it and she refuses to even look at my proof on my phoneI have an order number and everything but she says to get my food I have to pay again...so I'm not getting lunch and they're most likely going to have a sandwich rotting on there shelf...the money was already took from my account

My husband went in with a coupon that advertised 2 foot longs for $12.99. He ordered two footlongs, but was told the coupon only applies to their featured sandwiches. I went back to complain, since the coupon does not say that, and the manager told me that they don’t accept coupons at all. I told her we will not be back. Too bad.

What the heck has happened to Subway? I drove further from my office to this Subway since the one closest to me got a new sandwich maker who was skimping on the toppings.Much to my surprise this subway is doing the same exact thing! Three slices of meat on a 6" sandwich is ridiculous! If I wanted a veggie sandwich I would have gotten one.Going to give them one more try and if it's the same no more subway for me.

Don't go here. Bad customer service and they force you to pay tips for take out. Other locations don't charge for tips

Go to another subway this location doesn't take any Subway coupons so I paid $12.99 for footling and she rolled her eyes when I asked for extra lettuce. I had the coupon in my hand, she made my sandwich then told me at checkout.

Literal Interaction with the worker:“Hi, I’d like a 6 inch on wheat.”“Wheat?”“Yeah.”“…and what kind of bread do you want it on?”“Wheat.”“…what kind of bread do you want?”“Wheat!”Moments later I told her I wanted it “with all the veggies except tomato.” I bet you can guess what the second vegetable she put on it was!!

I got here at 845pm on Tuesday and the chubby lady with the glasses who also refused to give me her name closed to store down early and wouldn't help my pregnant wife get a sandwhich.. very sad customer service

Ordered my sandwich for curbside pickup and waited....waited...so I flaked my lights and I got stares. I first tried calling them but their phone numbers disconnected and the number on the pickup sign is unreadable? Funny I waited a total of 26min and NO O E came in? Bad service shpws.
