The staff (Tim & Rachael) at Storage Mart on Clayton road are absolutely amazing! They are friendly, helpful and extremely professional! I’ve been a customer for several months now and I’ve had nothing but favorable experiences! I recently moved from the 3rd floor to a smaller unit on the first floor and couldn’t be HAPPIER! Again, both made this minor transition equally as seamless as my initial move in!
I RECOMMEND Storage Mart, if you’re looking for a location that’s SAFE, CLEAN with “great hours” and Amazing Staff, then the Clayton road location is the place for you! ?

The employees were very nice and the Rental prices for storages are reasonable and accommodating thank you very much for the warm welcome.

Last week I went to StorageMart thinking that it was going to be complicated and dreading the process but thankfully I found Tim who was so helpful and made everything so easy. I got everything that I was promised and in a very promptly manner. So far so good. Highly recommend this to anyone that needs an extra place for storage. They have several different sizes for everyone’s needs, I only needed something small for the extra stuff that don’t fit in my apartment and Tim found just the perfect size.

Rachel & Tim were exceptionally helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. They are both extremely kind & have a wide birth of knowledge about their craft. This is a very safe facility and we will most certainly be staying here for a while. 10 out of 10 would recommend

My son came back from college and we needed an affordable and safe place to store his things. RACHEL at StorageMart was so nice and helpful, we never expected this level of customer service at a storage facility! It was truly refreshing and above and beyond!
