Would've like the results from my X-ray sooner and the referral to the doctor they promised but despite that this place has always worked for me and with an X-ray onsite they can check some injuries right away. I'd say most of my dealings with the Stat Med of Concord are 5 stars. You don't wait too long, attentive doctors, good follow-up , and if you're sick a lot of times they'll make you what in your car which I appreciate. Nothing worse sitting in a waiting room where everyone is coughing on each other.

Visiting from out of state and tested positive for Covid. I was able to speak to someone right away and made an appointment to be tested by their lab. When I arrived, a nice young lady came out to my car and administered a Covid test. Once the test was processed, a doctor called me with the results and, because I am older with underlying health conditions, I was prescribed medication. The whole process was simple and the staff that I spoke with were caring and kind.

This place is kind of a joke to be honest. Brought my baby in for a strep test only because a family member had it and I just wanted to be sure. After 15 minutes of her coloring and playing in the child section, they needed a copay then kicked us outside and demanding a covid test even though no symptoms. Made us wear masks inside because of “covid”. Hard to take this place serious. They did a covid swab and couldn’t do the strep swab at the same time. We were there for almost 3 hours just to have a strep test done. They said it would take 10 minutes for results. It took 30. The workers were sitting around on their phones. Not helpful whatsoever.

This place is nothing short of amazing!! I can't tell you how many times they have been there for me when I needed them. They are extremely consistent in their patient care. The staff was very nice and personable, the facility is always clean. I usually goto the Lafayette location but since they open later I came here. Cannot say enough great things about the Concord Statmed. Thank you guys for being so wonderful from the front desk.. Medical assistants and X-ray techs!! Especially Dr. Connie!! She’s very thorough..knowledgeable .. compassionate. I’m so grateful to her!!I highly recommend this facility and would come back here rather than seeing my primary. :)

I was promptly received and had a very short wait time ( < 5 mins) until I was taken into the exam room.The doctor was there quickly, assessed my situation, dispensed some advice for me to look for in the future, and I was discharged.It is a clean facility, lots of parking, colorful decor on walls, friendly helpful caring staff and knowledgeable medical personnel.

Although I use this facility often for urgent care, this was a horrible experience as I arrived at 4:40 and the clinic closes at five and so I was told that the doctor was no longer excepting patients and I brought my 10-year-old and who had severe seasonal allergies and had tightness in his chest. The receptionist told me and I have to come back at another time. I insisted that he needed to see a doctor and that it wouldn’t take long and I was concerned if he didn’t see someone at the clinic, they alerted the doctor and the doctor finally my son… He was prescribed prednisone, but not an inhaler. We ended up going back to Stat Med today Wednesday, and the doctor did give him a breathing treatment and prescribed him an inhaler. I’m hoping my appointment on memorial day. It was a one off for this clinic.

Excellent people at check in. Quick and efficient process. The nurse was very friendly and practical. The doctor (Connie Amorde) was excellent. V thorough, v knowledgeable and patient. For Urgicarea services, this was one of the best I have been to. I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed!
