This Starbucks is cool, but the area appears to be a hot spot for illicit activities. It might just be a place to hire undocumented workers, or it might be a trap spot for those in the know. To be clear, the homeless people around here are very sweet and gentle, I am NOT talking about them.

My Mom came out and ran some errands with me tonight. She decided she wanted a hot chocolate and to use the restroom before we call it a night. It was about 6:55. She is not very mobile and on a cane or in a wheelchair at most times. She went in and they asked for her order. She advised that she needed to use the restroom first. She was told she could not and it was too close to closing. She advised she was a customer and would be making a purchase but had to use the restroom before ordering. She was again told no. I am trying to find parking after dropping her at the door. She leaves because now she really has to go and starts to have to wander to locate another restroom. Would it really have been the end of the world to let an old lady on a cane use your restroom and get a hot chocolate? Sad! I will not be back to that location for any reason.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. When I arrive, there were 4 or 5 people in front of me, it took like 10 minutes to serve them. Finally, it was my turn and I really need coffee to start my day. The cashier warned me and sounded like she really want me to go, before I ever take your order, I need to let you know that the wait time is AT LEAST 15 minutes. I was like, never mind, then walked away, other people heard that, they looked so disappointed and walked away too. I don't understand there was 5 employees and couldn't work efficiently. Where is the team work and how they manage the store???

My husband stays on the phone with me while he is driving, as he has me place a mobile order for him to pick up on his way to work. As he arrives at the store, I can hear a lady in the background telling him the employees are just arriving and he confirms with me that is what he sees. That is around 6:54am, and they are already supposed to be open by 6am per Yelp. So i can't get a refund for the drink through the app or cancel my order, and my husband cannot there wait for his drink to be made. I attempt to call the store number to see if I can speak with management to still get a refund, and the line has no ring tone. The first Starbucks location I've heard about that allows it's employees to open the store whenever they want.

Any time I've come to this Starbucks my drinks are always nasty. I've come in here on 3 separate occasions and have had different baristas and each time the drinks are either too strong or just plain nasty. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend this location. I'm bummed because I wasted my free birthday drink here. Won't be coming back.

This Starbucks is by far one of the bests in this area. Barista Ashley is super kind and fast, and all the other baristas are also so nice and loving. I hope they don’t change staff cause I really enjoy ordering from them.

Lack of communication. They have been “out” of this topping for my drink for a while now and don’t even let the customers know that they’re out of it. When you order a steak with mashed potatoes & gravy at a restaurant and the waiter brings you your dish without gravy you’re going to be confused. That’s why you let your customers know when you’re out of something. Do your due diligence. Service is slow on top of that and my drink never even tastes right anymore. People spend $6+ here for their drinks. Put some effort into your job instead of just trying to get the customers out of there. Do better park & shop. Very disappointing and a waste of money

Staff are fantastic, they made my drink & food perfectly, and were super helpful. I also greatly appreciate the doors being disability friendlyWheelchair accessibility: The one door in & out has a ramp that's not too steep, and the doors are assist-open (if you push a little bit, they open the rest of the way)
