Top notch garden center despite premium prices. You certainly get what you pay for but the margins don’t need to be that high. Kind and helpful staff. If items ever went on sale it would be and easy 5/5. One thing I will say is that sloat doesn’t mess around with bad vendors. The plants are top quality. Dustin: you da man !

Stopped by to check out this nursery. Everyone is so helpful and kind asking me if I need any help or questions feel free to ask them. From the very beginning of walking in there felt really nice. Lots of plants , trees , pots, bushes. Only doing window shopping right now but definitely will come back when ready to make purchases think I found my new favorite nursery. Excited to get new plants for butterflies and hummingbirds.

This was my first time visiting this nursery as I needed some assistance with my fall winter garden since my spring summer garden was a bust and I have a brown finger not a green thumb. It wasn't too busy which was great walking in plants were everywhere of course but I was drawn to the seed section where they have an abundance of seeds from flowers to vegetables. Needing some actual assistance I found Greg to be very knowledgeable on gardening. He took me back to the patio which held an array of plants. I informed him of what I need with all of my questions and I had a lot, but he had all of the answers and suggestions. He left me to select what I needed and at the end confirmed what I had was a good choice. All of the staff was very helpful and encouraging informing me gardening is trial and error and not to give up. I will definitely be coming back.

No such thing as a guarantee on the plants sold. They say there is a guarantee, but there is not. All a ploy to get you to buy buy buy. Plants not doing well? Buy our ladybugs. Ladybugs not doing the job? But more. Feeling fooled and played, should have caught it sooner.In order to get an exchange or store credit (dare not refund the money you spent, right?) you have to literally rip the plant out of the ground and bring it to them in bag.Guess why they do that: no courtesy and no trust. Do you realize how that makes a good customer feel? Not our fault there’s dishonest everywhere. What a pain, costing both more time and more money to get this fixed with an unfair “solution.”Prices here are atrocious, too—charging 300% of what they should. Shop big box instead—you’re better offHoping Amazon takes over all garden centers like this, Would be so much better than this
