I had an outstanding experience with this auto shop. They took on a unique repair job that other shops wouldn't even consider. The customer service was impeccable—attentive, responsive, and professional from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. My car looked great in the end. I do recommend this shop for anyone looking for trustworthy service.

I'm pretty disappointed with the job that they did fixing my car after i was in an accident. I mean, it isn't a huge issue, but there are a few small areas that don't line/match up. I really don't know what i should do but hopefully they will reach out to me.
I was impressed with the communication and updates that they give their customers, via text, while your car was in the shop. It was good customer service, but after getting my car back, i don't think i will recommend them. It just wasn't repaired to look like my car looked prior to the accident. I did take pictures and i let them know so i hope they take care of there customers.

Took my Lexus there for repairs, ended up with two different colors and stolen items. Because this is a bodyshop recommended by my insurance company, I have to let them repaint my car.

The customer service was good and they did an excellent job on the repair. Better than expected and it didn't take weeks. I went through an insurance due to a care accident that I was not liable for. The only issue was they don't have good signage for where Geico car insurance people go and the automechanics got irritated with me for stopping in their garage space. Overall, though, I would recommend this shop. Repair was very well done.

Blown away. Not only did my insurance company really move things along for me but Joel and his team at Husteads killed it. Same week drop off and pick up. Even washed my car. Literally looks better than before I was hit! Gave me updates throughout the process but it wasn't even necessary because they only had my car for three days. This is service you don't see much anymore.

This is the best auto body shop i could ever have gone even though it was through insurance. They are amazing with paint job They fix my scatpack door and my color is hard to blend it's a mango orange and when I got there it look like the first day I got my American muscle car and the after fix they detailed my car look brand new again I'm so amazed with kirt and his team

Someone rear-ended my mother's Lexus while parked. Although it was considered to be of minor damages, we brought it in to Husteads Auto Body in Concord, CA to discuss options. We were put in contact with Joel who answered all our questions and got back to us promptly. He was very thorough in his explanation including giving me a quick tour of part of the facility to show how they repair and paint auto parts. He was extremely patient and honest with me (telling me costs and what to expect in the finished product). He was able to pop back in the fender on the spot and we decided the car looked good enough and did not require further repairs from the accident. Upon further inspecting the car, we noticed stratches on one of the side doors. He was able to repair it like new and my mother was very happy. The workers showed care for my mother while she waited for the repair to be done. We are very pleased with the service and care the company provides.

I had a piece of my underbody cover falling off and was scraping as I drove. It was pretty nerve wracking to hear the noise and not know how the cover started dragging in the first place. I called and asked for their help and Jose and one of his techs helped me out with the removal. They didn't charge for removal which was very kind of them and a quick fix for the situation. They gave great service and were very nice.

This review is for Husteads in Walnut Creek (for some reason, a Concord address shows up).I have had two vehicles repaired after accidents at this location in Walnut Creek. One as Husteads and one when they used to be Miracle. Both times, I had a fantastic experience.This information is specific to Husteads:Right from the start, they were super friendly. I don't know anything about cars, so I appreciate that sort of thing. We chatted while they looked over the car and I described the accident. Great customer service.After that, they worked very patiently with my insurance company. The insurance company struggled to complete estimates in a reasonable timeframe, but the folks at Husteads stayed calm, commiserated when I complained, and did their part of the repair quickly and efficiently.When they were done, the results were awesome. Looked like new. I couldn't be happier!On top of all that, they went above and beyond and helped me out when they could. I had an issue with my rental car and they volunteered to call and talk to the rental car company. Who does that? That blew me away!Highly recommended. The BEST! Brought my damaged car in to Hustead's concord because Lexus Concord (where we bought our car) recommended them. Joel the manager was so nice, looked at the car when the shop was just about to close and gave me an estimate. He actually told that he would not recommend getting our car fixed at his shop and instead to take it to paintless dent repair in Pleasanton. Since our car is new, he said if it were his car, he wouldn't recommend redoing the factory paint. We took it in to paintless dent repair yesterday and the car is almost perfect. Can't thank Joel enough for his honesty and integrity. Go to Hustead's Concord and they will take care of you.

I had taken my car for repairs, and the quality of the work was acceptable. Only downside is during the process of my repairs, I had a bag of coins that was stolen from me at some point during the repair. I got in touch with the manager, Joel, and he professionally handled the situation, and compensated me for my losses. I believe this business does show integrity, but there is always room for improvement. I would recommend this business.

My car was damaged by a huge tree branch due to the heavy wind and rain storm. It broke my passenger side mirror, dented the frame, scratched the whole right side of my car. I was so devastated because I just bought the car about 6 months ago! My insurance recommended Husteads Auo Body as in network vendor and have lifetime coverage. That is why I chose them. They did a fantastic, amazing job on my car!!! And put a brand new side mirror, and fixed the dent, scratches, new paint job. My car looks brand new and clean!! They detailed my car when I picked it up. You could not tell it was damaged. I worked with Ricky, and he was very courteous and explained everything to me. The job took awhile but I had a rental car through my insurance. I liked how they sent me text messages on the progress of the job. Everything went smoothly! Very pleased! Thanks for the nice work!
