Great place with great deals . The store manager located in concord Ca , Clayton Road , Lisa, is super professional and very nice . She goes above and beyond her way to make sure customers are satisfied. If you have any questions , she takes her time to explained everything in details . Shop Heroic wholesale should be very proud of having an employee like lisa . Her attitude and behavior attract more customers to the store . Thanks again Lisa

Lisa, one the managers , is very helpful and understanding of needs of customers. Very friendly and courteous to patrons and staff, as well. Always finds great bargains at this branch! Staffs are super nice. Thank you for having a welcoming atmosphere !

Normally, I don't write reviews unless it's for outstanding service. In which case this is not a place where I can say that elderly people are made to feel valuable. My mother recently went and purchased an item that many elderly folks purchase. Let's just leave it at that. when she realized that they were the wrong size she went back to the store to try to exchange it for a different size. My mother is almost 80 years old. she doesn't do a lot of driving. What's most disturbing is the way she was treated when she attempted politely to exchange the item. They were so rude to her and made her feel like a secondhand citizen. I have to say it was a middle age man with a belly who treated her this way. I just want to say shame on those that treat our elderly bad.
