Stopped by on my way out of the mall. Asked if they did repairs on work boots. He said yes and gave me a price which was less than a friend had his done elsewhere. New soles on both boots, stitching fixed on both boots and leather treatment all done while I waited and it didn’t take very long either

Do not come here, guy does the worst work. Had him paint some shoes of mine. Guy paid no attention to detail. Slopply did things and was even late on the agreed upon time and date. He does amateur customization at best. And charges pro rates. You'd be better off customizing your shoes yourself and learning cuz it's the same thing you're going to get from them.

Brought in a bag to get the hardware replaced. Only took one day to complete and my bag looks brand new! A little pricey but good service! Will definitely be back.

Be careful when buying products from this place! The workers put outrageous prices on the products. I wanted to get a shoe polish and he said it was $20. I later searched the product and found that the actual company only sells it for $6.50. I went back to complain and the worker said he couldn't do anything, and he told me it was final sale so that I wouldn't be able to return it.

Needed to get purses dyed, they did such a sloppy, sloppy did I say sloppy job!! Sides of purse handles weren't even dyed. Pull zipper handle weren't dyesd at all. Was told it's not same material as the purse and clearly it was.

Took in a tote to be cleaned. At first he was going overcharge for cleaning. $75.00 for a tote which has little leather on it. I got him to reduce the cost. He finally agreed to $40.00. I just went back a week later & he said he didn't and wouldn't clean it. Had a bad attitude and lacking in customer service. Just terrible

Guys in there kept asking me where I was from, if I have a boyfriend, and if I worked in the mall where this spot is at. Pretty uncomfortable. I asked them to clean my Uggs and they said it would cost 40 and an extra 20 for waterproofing them. The main guy said it would take 2 days and they'd call me back. I waited a whole week and they never called me back so I had to just go and pick them up. They were clean but the color was off and they didn't waterproof them. Kinda disappointed, I basically paid 60 for just a clean. :(

Took them my belt to add a hole and they couldn't get that right. They ruined my belt. I will not use them for anything again. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible service. Guy got an attitude because i wanted to pay with card. Note, there isnt a cash only sign. He could not get his card reader to work, called someone and i had to talk to him. At the end they just said cash and i had to go get it or else my jordans would be lost. Would not recommend i would give 0 stars if i could. Absolutely terrible service

I called the Shoe Stop and I received great customer service. I was given directions as to what end of the mall they were located. Arriving the merchant help with my concern and said come back in 20 minutes. He could of said "can't help until tomorrow" as he was leaving when I returned in 20 minutes! Even fixed the problem better than new!I've always had excellent service from Shoe Stop.Thanks,***** and ****

A joke. When i walked in, the guy was sitting behind the counter with his legs up eating McDonalds. The desk was covered with his food. I asked to have my birks repaired. Need a new sole. He said he could have them done by next week and it would cost $100. The sandals didnt cost that new. I told him no that was too expensive and i could buy a new pair for much less. He then said $75 and he would throw in a sealant for free. I agreed until he stated the only accept cash. (I haven't carried cash in years). He then pulled out a Birk sole 46 (12.5 shoe size). I told him my size is 45 (12) and he said he could cut the sole down to 45. Cutting down a Birk sole isnt an option as it would ruin the cork sole. Was useless to explain. I finally asked for my sandals back. Will have then repaired elsewhere. A bit Fishy for me.

Not the best place to go if you want shoe repairs they tax for no reason and they don’t do a good job they messed up my 11’s
