Came in to buy a birthday gift, when I entered the store no one spoke to me. It wasn’t until I got to a wall that someone asked me if I needed help and if I was sure that I didn’t need help. I didn’t need help, I needed guidance I knew what I wanted so I can get in and out, once I knew what I wanted I asked for a couple pairs of shoes, and when I did ask for help, nobody was aware/ attentive to help me, although I was standing at the cash register with two shoes in hand and two other individuals standing at the counter. Once someone checked for the shoes, It was taking Almost more than five minutes, so I asked one of the clerks at the register if they can hurry to help the person grab my shoes cause I had to go. Once my shoes arrived at the Cash Register I was asked if I wanted both pairs after I told the Clerk to ring up both, all three individuals body Language were very standoffish not really open to help me so while I waited for my shoes to be checked, I grabbed a pair of socks and a hat before checking out And went on my way. I needed a whole outfit but due to the time it’d taken just to get shoes I just ordered it online. This was a very poor experience being that the store had just opened at the time and I was the first customer of the day spending $300 and that’s how they treat you. Shoepalace used to be a top servicing business. Not sure what’s happened over the years but it’s been a while since I’ve shopped here and clearly this is why. I didn’t feel good at all spending that much money to be treated like that during my retail experience. I’ve should’ve went with my first mind and bought something better from house of hoops but I’d thought “ they usually are better “ but I was wrong. House of hoops had better customer service/ willingness to help me when I walked in.

I was in need of some new Nike shoes and decided to come stop by shoe Palace since I was in the mall and they had a decent amount of shoe selection they could have had more but I was able to find some Nike Air maxes that I liked. Customer service was excellent here once I walked in I was greeted and was asked if I need any help. Would be nice if the shoes weren't costing an arm and a leg but it's understandable good pairs of shoes are going to cost a pretty penny.

I really not appreciate with manager of staff that my wife is not fit her shoes and replace or refund it but he doesn’t accepted a new shoes. She didn’t wear that much. I would give him that poor attitude and greedy. We will never buy this ever again.

Customer service sucks. No greetings at the door. They had over 7 people working there and not one asked if I needed help whatsoever.

Shout out to the store manager. Very honest about sneaker drop raffles and process of unpicked up pairs. Staff greets and thanks customers which is a breath of fresh air when it comes to most sneaker store hospitality.

I literally just left shoe palace the cashier was so rude uninterested, She was preoccupied with whatever else, left me standing looking d*** I thought about telling her never mind and walking out. Which I regret now not doing: I am extremely disappointed with my experience. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!

I found a cool fit that I liked but the pants were a little dirty in my size, I asked if they offered a discount for these situations even 5% off, and they said no, So I asked what the return policy is, and they said I could only get a full refund if I return it in new condition. Sooooo be very careful what you buy here. It could be damaged or dirty and then you will not be able to return it. Most retail stores have a policy that includes a 5-10% discount on damaged items and that would make it final sale. No returns on discounted items. This is the smartest way to run business. Run business the way you may, every business is different in a way, but I think anyone could agree that one idea is much smarter than the other. The cashier was even funny enough to suggest me buying a tide to go pen to fix the dirty clothes lol gross. It's supposed to be new,

Need to hire people who are willing to put in work in there at least acknowledge the customers . Employees are just standing there while there's a waiting time to get help so frustrating! I give it a 0 on worst customer service the vibe was so off as well not coming back

Every time I go into this shoe palace the staff is super rude and judgmental . If you buy anything that is not considered good shoes or clothes they laugh and give you looks . I always feel uncomfortable going in this store which sucks because I'm a huge sneaker head .

I'll give this place two Stars. Due to my line of work I tend to dress in older clothes. So quite often I am judged by my appearance and not my wealth. The young lady working here when my son and I arrived gave me a look and turned away and didn't even speak to us. We looked around my son and I discussed the shoe options and the fact that nobody offered help. So we went across the way where we were greeted and helped out by some nice non-judgmental helpful people and I bought us a few pairs of shoes..
