“Walked in for a drop in livescan for the DMV and my school. Service was really quick and staff was friendly and courteous. Pricing is lower than most places around, charging $30 for each livescan (not including the $32/49 DoJ fee). Great option for the price, and will definitely be coming back in the future for any licescanning. (They charge $3 for credit cards, so bring cash or debit)”

“Passports! I had to get passport renewals for minors, and that can only be done in person. It was impossible to get an appointment anywhere, but they do walk-in passport applications here!!!
Here is what I learned and my pro tips:
-walk-in appointments MWF 9-10am ONLY
-They only take the first 20 people… (I don’t know if that’s actually just the first 20 passport, but I don’t think it’s groups)
-If you’re number 21, you’re gonna have to come back another day
-If you wanna make sure you are in that first 20, you need to get your rear end there *** early*** (the line was about 30 people along by 8:30 AM today)
-don’t think that you can show up at 9 AM and be fine, at least not at this time of year
-Come with everything already completed
-Use black ink only
-Better yet fill out your application online and print it out
-Don’t worry about passport pictures, they take them there and charge $15
-They take check or debit card for passports. No credit cards.
-They’re strict and very busy, so bring your patience, be polite and be humble to their process
-if you are eligible to renew by mail, just do it and save yourself the hassle

“This place has employees who take initiative, are incredibly warm, thorough, and determined. I had a medical package that was delayed and it was urgent and time sensitive and I got amazing service both on the phone and when I showed up in person. Derek and Casey went above and beyond on a Saturday to locate my package in the warehouse by looking through every truck and the storage. Their determination and calm demeanor was unmatched. They took my concerns seriously and were absolutely amazing humans. These men should be promoted. If I had a company, I would hire them in a heartbeat. I also interacted with Michelle on Friday night at the warehouse and she was also deeply helpful. UPS - please recognize and award these folks. Talk about a true team player crew.”
