Bryce was so helpful. He helped me pick the most perfect shade of Pepto Bismol Pink to paint my bathroom. He also had a wonderful attitude.

I walked in at 4:30p on a Saturday (after Black Friday 11/25) and their close time was 5pm. Anastasia was nice but not helpful. I wanted to confirm the paint my builder used and was instructed to go to a Sherwin-Williams store give them the name and SW should be able to locate and match paint. Anastasia insisted multiple times after I kept asking that they did not do that at their store location. She didn’t even try to look it up in the computer or even call anyone, after I had asked several times. She just kept apologizing and saying I would have to go to a warehouse Sherwin Williams (no clue what the difference is) In that moment the feeling I got was she did not want to help because it was near close time. I ended up going to another SW store and they informed me that they are able to look up info and help me. I get that close time was in 30min, but to lie to a customer and provide Info that was inaccurate is not acceptable. I ended up being helped by some amazing employees at another SW location, which I will now continue to give my business to. Never coming back to this SW in Concord.

The young women working there are knowledgeable and very friendly.Love that SW has hired women. As a single woman I often feel like the men in hardware, paint and automotive stores treat like I’m not very bright. It’s nice to be treated with respect and kindness and that is how these women treated me.

Staffs are helpful, friendly and professional! Highly recommend this store. I had a very bad experience with the SW store in Pleasant Hill (rude staffs and totally not helpful) and I’ll never go to that one again.

30 minutes to color match? Home depot does it in 2 minutes. Very unhelpful staff. Had a 5 gallon exterior paint with the Sherwin Williams logo he said they didn't have!! Horrible! Dont waste your time at this location.

Don't waste your time here. They never have any paints in stock, and never call you back if you place order . Do yourselves a favor and shut this store down.

I dont work with Sherwin Williams much and beginning to think I've made a mistake the service here is outstanding I been dealing with a Pita customer and havent been able to find someone who can match stains accurately or consistently. I was told to reach out to kevin by another paint contractor i know. I didnt have eeven enough time to eat my lunch by the time match was done I was previously told it would be atleast till Tuesday or Wednesday for that match. My customer is happy with the updated color. I will likely open an account here

I went to this place on Sunday Memorial weekend to get some paint for the exterior walls. I had also brought with me the original can of old paint with the code on the lid. Kevin, the guy who works there told me it would take about 2 hours for him to match the color that I need. I told him it's fine and left my number with him to call me when it's ready. After 2 1/2 hours went by I called the store and Kevin told me that he can't match the color because my exterior walls is 10 years old and it won't look good with the new paint. I asked him to get me 1 quart instead of one gallon, I only need to do some touched up and please please call me when it's ready. And he said that he would. At 3:30pm still haven't heard from Kevin. I decided to drive there and they were closed at 3:50pm even the sign says they closed at 4. What even worse is they are closed on Monday. For God's sake at least you can hand me back my old can of paint so I could go to Lowe's. I hired 2 people to do the work and they were sitting around waiting for the paint. Now I have to hire them again next week. Kevin, you don't know me but why would you wasted my whole afternoon which I could have spent that time with my grandchildren? Something that I can never get back. Kevin you are a horrible person with no principle. I truly feel bad for you. Good luck in life

I just want to say that the two men that work here never wear a mask . It's hypocritical how they have the six feet distance signs everywhere in the store , like 15 signs plus the wear a mask sign but this two guys the work here never use the mask

I needed some special supplies for an urgent project this last week. Other places did not have them so I went to this Sherwin-Williams store (this was my first time to go there). Even though the store did not allow walk-ins due to the Coronavirus restrictions, Kevin worked with me to quickly get the needed supplies, was very knowledgeable and professional, and gave me additional information that was extremely helpful. I definitely plan to go there again. Much thanks!

I was sent here from another Sherwin Williams location to work with Kevin to help me match stain on a new piece of wood to an old stained wood trim in my living room. He worked on several iterations across a few product lines to really get the best possible match. Excellent work and incredible customer service. 15/10 would go back. As a painter who has been coming to this store since its opening at this location I' am sad to say I think it's time to cut ties with this store and maybe even the company entirely.
