I received a call from someone at Shell's customer service/corporate office. She was apologetic about the issue & gave me a $25 gift card for my troubles. I appreciate this response on her end so I will increase my rating as a result.

Clean bathroom with friendly staff. Easy access and they also have DIESEL now! I usually fill up my car here and it gives me better gas mileage compared to other stores.
