Brandy was so helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. She has many years of experience in the beauty industry and it was definitely reflected into my partners facial appointment. She’s the reason why we’ll come back in the future. I recommend getting your services done with her. She does waxing, facials, and I believe makeup and hair as well. Brandy is that GURL!!! She had us walking out with samples and smiles on our faces.

Please don’t do your makeup with Lilian. I ended up looking like a ghost. Informed I have dry skin, and made my face matte I was creasing before I left the store. Did not apply highlighter, no blush, no lashes and no lip products. It was horrible I went home and did my make up all over again.

Came to this location 10/21 , I needed to do a return which ended up taking awhile because the girl didn't know how to process a return, for reference I am a rouge member but she insisted on manually typing in my return and then tried to just give me my refund on merch credit when I was still within the time frame of receiving my tender back in how I paid. Anyway I was in there for about 45 min shopping and no one asked me if I needed anything and one of the employees that was stationed in the Hourglass isle kept giving me a dirty look instead of asking if I needed help and on top of that she kept texting on her phone. I hate going somewhere like Sephora and I don't get customer service but yet employees can have their phones on the sales floor and not assist customers on a Saturday on top of that !

I visited this store last night and had 4 things to get that were unfamiliar to me much less where they would be located. I approached one of the girls - Liz volunteered to happily help me - I showed her what I needed and she was kind enough (and quick too, she knew exactly where each one was) to show me where each of the items were and I was done in less than 5 minutes! She was very helpful and her attitude shined through. She was willing to help me. I was in a time crunch and I appreciated this from her so much! She was great! Thank you Liz!

Fresh. Delicious. Traditional pastries with an abundance of choices. I ordered a cherry and cream cheese croissant and a mocha! Perfection!

The most unpleasant group of girls work here!! I go here for convenience but always regret when I go, the customer service is non-existent. There are about 2 nice people the rest are low vibrational beings. Also, never have what I need so I have to go to another store anyway.Not sure who the manager is but all of the rude employees is a reflection of him/her/she/they.

I came in here and bought something so it must be fine, no? The store concept/layout has always been an issue for me, but I got what I wanted. I think it was something for my hair. But, I like coming here because they do have a conditioner that I can use. I forgot to get it at the Berkeley location and chose to take advantage of the fact that there was one in front of me to buy the conditioner that I needed. I appreciated the fact that I could find it from them. I don't know if I'll be back because I'm not in Concord often, but if I'm in Concord and need something, I know that they will have it.

There line has 10 people and only one register open. I see 2 people talking for a long time behind the one cashier. And at least 3-4 assistants walking around the stores. It is like they feel it is necessary for customers to wait very long. Terrible.

I went into the store, and it was busy. I was looking for this one product, it was not on the shelf, so I looked in the drawer. One of the employees came up to me, and said, don’t go in my drawers. I thought it was rude, what’s in the drawers is what’s on the shelves, what’s on the shelves in the drawers. I don’t see why it was an issue for me to look in the drawer, they should locked them if it’s a problem, and they should keep their shelves stocked…… Wish I would have gotten her name….

Every time I stop by this location, it's always been a negative experience. I go back to give them another chance but it's horrible.There were multiple events when I came into the store and ask a beauty advisor for some help, but they don't help. They tell me "Let me get someone to help you", but they never showed up. I would wait for 10 minutes and no one would show up to help, so I end up leaving and going either another location either Walnut Creek or Brentwood.This Sephora is the closest one to me, but the service is horrible.

I usually buy my skin care items from the manufacture website. But then some of my fave's just flat out say go to Sephora to buy this stuff too. Its also the same price as online. Now I'm a member and I get email deals for my favorite stuff. I get coupons that you can only get through Sephora. Its so great and I'm the type of person that hates getting emails from stores. Sephora's are worth it. It also helps to also be addicted to skin care. Staff is beyond helpful. Actually more helpful than I would like. Sometimes I don't constantly need asked if I need help. They have hair care too! Brooklyn Blowout is something I was just introduced to in store. I love it!
