I like this store I really do. I appreciate Sams Club and their prices and that they often have more practical items versus Costco.. i've been a plus member at Sams Club for 10 years and today I went to grab cupcakes because you can get a 30 count cupcake for like $15 and some change which is great and I often purchased their cupcakes and cakes for special occasions I mean yeah, you might want a specialty cake, but they do these cakes at great prices so sometimes a part of the decor and maybe not your special gourmet flavor of a cake. Nevertheless my daughters birthday is coming up and today was the last day before spring break so she wanted to have treats in one of her classes and so that's what happened two 30 count packs of cupcakes later I was headed to the school but the problem is it's only 34 students in the classroom and I didn't want to leave 60 cupcakes at the school like a food fight episode so I asked them to separate it because I know you can order a half order of cupcakes. The bakery staff person that I was dealing with at my initial questioning of this option of either purchasing a half order on site or obtaining the container- did not want to do either and after kind of rethinking this in my head- I was why can't they just sell me the container so I can separate these cupcakes. I spoke to someone else- an older Hispanic woman who told me I would have to pay for it as 2- 15 count cupcakes, which I said OK but ultimately just gave me the containers cause I probably would've left one of those 15 counts in store cause I didn't need 60 cupcakes. At the end of the day, I am a Sam's Club fan. Normally, I get great customer service. I like that you can scan and go, and they have great deals on great things throughout the year.

The Bakery wouldn’t honor the $15 for 30 cupcakes when it says that online. The bakery manager said they ran out of containers for the 30 count so now it’s $20 for 30 cupcakes because they only have the smaller containers. It’s not my fault they ran out of containers, and the right thing to do would have been to honor the price since the cupcakes are exactly the same and it’s the same product. Even online it showed $15 for 30 count cupcakes for valentines day cupcakes. I’m dissatisfied with the customer service in the bakery at the Sam’s club Concord location.

Massive selection but the store seems disorganized and not maintained well, at least compared to other membership stores. But the selection ranges in smaller sizes than Costco which makes it somewhere between a Walmart and a Costco. That said, it's dirtier and messier than Costco. It's often chaotic not only because it's busy, but because their layout isn't conducive to being busy. The prepared food is subpar and is not remotely close in quality to that of Costco which is unfortunate because their variety of prepared food is much greater.Be ready to wait a *long* time for the food court. The food court employees are incredibly nice and hardworking, so I believe that the waiting time is due to having only 1 (rarely, 2) cashier.

In-N-Out fairly quickly sometimes it's hard to find an employee overall Services pretty good I like the fact that I can go in and out fairly quickly on the scan and go app I don't have to wait in line.

We normally go to Costco but just recently added a Sam's membership to try. And it had more than we thought. It definitely wasn't as crowded as Costco and we had to scan membership card for everything including food court and exit. But I liked the fact that a lot of their sizes weren't as big as Costco size. Selection was decent and we saw stuff (especially snacks) that Costco didn't carry. And this the kicker, the food court! More selection, cheaper since smaller but who cares. We got a slushy and pretzel. This would be a kid's reward if the kids were younger. Except this Sam's didn't have a gas station. Otherwise once kids are gone and you don't need Costco sizes, Sam's is a good and less stressful alternative.

I came in to Sam's Club to get a membership. But The line is long it wraps around to the corner into the battery section. So I stand I. Line to purchase a membership. As I'm standing in line, I'm waiting to see how long it's gonna take me to get a membership. It didn't take long at all so stop in and get signed up & Kassie & Kayla in membership services is very nice and knowledgeable about membership and anything you need in Sam's Club.

Today I went with my neighbors here for the second time. I tried to purchase some different things than the last. I must say your 16" Chicken Pot Pie is quite delicious. Little need for extra seasoning and the portions feel plentiful. Hands down would purchase again as a dinner short cut especially during this winter. The Walton's are kinda throwin down y'all. Don't count them out. Oh yeah, if I had enough savings I definitely would've tripped and fell into the purchase of an 85in SmartTv for only $1599.
