These folks have the best customer service. They want to take care of you and get you back on track. I highly recommend them!

This place is run terribly. Cant get in touch with them and can’t keep an eye on their inventory. Follow up on warranty is bad. Poor communication. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.

We have had issues with our appointment. First, they showed up and then left before they got started (had to go pick someone up) and then arrived much later with a scratched windshield. They asked if this was okay but we insisted that they order a new one. We rescheduled. By 3:45 pm, I was worried that they would not show and called Safelight. They called the technician when I and said he would call me in 30 minutes. He never showed. I called again this morning and I am unable to get through to a person. The mistake was to pay them on the day they came with the scratched windshield. I will now have to go in later today,

Absolutely atrocious service. We had an appointment scheduled in advance and were told the necessary parts were in stock. Come to day of appointment and they don’t have the parts in stock. Appointment was scheduled for 7AM and we were not contacted until after 10AM. All that was offered was to reschedule for a far out appointment, no apology or explanation about missing/damaged parts. Stock should have been checked prior to scheduled appointment. We understand mistakes happen but the customer service and communication was severely lacking.

I scheduled an appointment with them and was given a 4-hour window (1pm-5pm). By the end of the third hour, I called to see if the technician could fix my window before my 5:45pm meeting. They told me the technician was overbooked and there were still three people ahead of me, so they couldn't fix it that day. When I asked if they planned to inform me, the customer service rep just said the technician was busy. I get that things can be hectic, but I had to cancel my son's class, rearrange my meetings, and had weekend travel plans. It's really frustrating that they don't value their customers' time. I could have gone somewhere else and saved myself the hassle.

Had my windshield replaced here.
Sorry I did
The roof drip rail on my passenger side was there when I brought the car in. We had washed the car just before bringing it to Safelite. So we know it was there.
Left after windshield replacement and got home only to find drip rail molding gone. Husband noticed as I’m very short and couldnt see , he was the one who detailed the car before getting windshield fixed.
Took car back and they said that they don’t touch that and it must have been gone before.
NO. It wasn’t
So they ordered piece to replace and fix this. Wrong part was ordered. They said they were going to call when it was in. Week later no call.
Called the number that the manger gave me.
Called literally for hours. No answer ever
Called corporate . Their explanation was that this is a busy shop. So , what business doesn’t answer for hours because they are busy ? Stupid , lame excuse .
So, now I still can’t get through at all to speak to them about new appt that corporate had to make because no one answers at this shop .
What a crock of ****.
I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Hope another location is better. Not going to hold my breath

Avoid this place! I had several people tell me this place is the worst on Customer Service and it is but I am more worried that they charged me for services I did not receive. I had a full crack in my windshield, reason unknown, and my insurance told me to go to this place. I input my Car details into their online servicing - make and year and it gave me a price quote and allowed me to sign up for an appointment. I asked a family member to go to work late to drive me there and when I showed up the woman at the front desk simply said ' you will have to come back we don't have your requirements' and it is going to cost you $350 more than we quoted you - no apologies at all as if it was my fault. I made an appointment for noon (Friday - today), dropped off my car at exactly noon and asked the service rep approximately how much time it would take and he said max 3 hours because just the recalibration is one hour. Myself and a family member did a bunch of errands, our home is about 25 minutes from the location but traffic is tricky on Friday's and can quickly become a parking lot so we thought it was smarter to stay close and pick up the car at 3 or 3:15 or 3:30 vs going home where we would likely have bad traffic coming back. At 2:50 (almost 3 hours) I called the front desk and asked for an ETA - she just said - "I don't know but I always tell people 4 hours". I asked if she could check with the service person as we were driving around the area, she put me on hold for ~5-10 mins and came back and said they just finished the work and now they have to start the calibration so that means another 60-90 mins - minimum. I was bummed but understand things can run over so we decided to drive home given it could be 90 mins and we had nothing else to do in the area. I got home around 3:05 and saw a text message and email saying my car was ready - I of course thought they must be in error given they had not started to recalibration - I called in and connected around 3:15 and the woman at the desk said yes your car is done. So it took 20 minutes to do the calibration? It then took me 45 minutes to get back due to traffic and 45 minutes back home - if the woman at the desk had told me it was going to be ready in 5 it would have taken me 25 mins to get home and not the 90 mins round trip. My worry of course is they charged me $500_+ for the calibration and did not do it? I talked to the manager (Josh) and he did not apologize at all or confirm they did the work they said they did - he just kept saying ' I don't know'. Either the woman at the front desk lied and never talked to a technician OR they did not do the work, I fear the later. Avoid this place bad on Customer Service and likely on ethics.
In driving the car home I realized lane assist no longer worked even though it worked when I dropped it off.
I realized a week after they returned my car that they did not even seal the window which I am sure is a safety issue.

I was recently on the freeway when a large, round object flew at the windshield of the SUV I bought new last year, and left a giant gash in the glass, which immediately began to crack and spread in long, irreparable lines. It was unlike anything that's ever happened to me and pretty scary. That terrible experience was followed by a much nicer one though. I reported the claim to Geico and was able to schedule service on a date and time of my choice with SafeLite through my insurance app.
On the day of the appointment, the technician called to tell me what time he'd be there and I actually told him I was on my way as well, but running a few minutes behind. I needed to meet at a friend's home since my condo doesn't allow auto repairs on the property. He was very understanding and said he'd give me extra time and I received a text when he was 10 minutes away. I'm sure on the inside it was frustrating since we had a window blocked for the appointment, but he didn't let that show if that was the case, and I appreciated his patience.
Before beginning he explained that he'd need two hours at the very most and after installation he'd test drive the vehicle in order to recalibrate the windshield features (moisture detection/automatic wipers, visual stuff, etc.) - he alerted me when everything was complete and he took photos of the car after wiping down each of my windows. It was all incredibly fast and so convenient to not have to leave a location of my choice or wait at a shop somewhere.
The service guy was super nice, very friendly, and did a wonderful job. He told me not to wash the car for a couple of days and said everything was ready to begin driving her again. I was very impressed with the service I received and the work done. Excellent value - especially since it seems windshield replacement deductibles have gone down in price on my policy. I paid $50, plus a tip and the offer of some sweet, cold watermelon, since it was a hot morning and he was working outside with no shade.

We used Safelite Auto Glass in Concord in 2023. The mobile unit came to our house and the technician replaced the windshield. For the most part, that went pretty well. The problem was that they cracked some clips on the driver side top molding that was connected to the windshield. Which they showed me, and said that it was already cracked. I paid them and tipped them as well.
I've had my car for 18 years plus I wash it frequently and I certainly would have noticed the loose molding when getting in my car everyday. After 6 months of looking at the loose molding and rubber weather strip hanging out, I took it to the dealer. Didn't take them too long to fix it. I had to pay an additional
$143.00 to get it fixed.
The work was OK, but I wouldn't trust their integrity. I didn't want to call the technician a liar, so I just chalked it up to a business I will not use again.

The best service and best place to get your windows serviced at. In and out even saved me money by telling that my insurance covered the repair I forgot to get the technician name.

Horrible service. Called in for the status and I was asked to pick up the vehicle and it's ready. When I reach the shop the lady at the counter says the vehicle isn't ready. Doesn't take responsibility to fix the mistake and false communication.
Best part is that she says she doesn't recognize their phone number on their website; while she is the one who gave me the wrong update when I called in. Huh... Perfect combo of dishonesty and incompetency!!

It's my fault for ignoring all of these negative comments about the quality of service at this Safelite location. I went to get a small rock chip (barely half an inch) repaired on my front windshield only for them to make a massive over foot long crack across my windshield. I should have just done a DIY instead of trying to come here to get it done "professionally". Now I need to replace my entire windshield. I'll never go to this Safelite location again. Honestly, anyone reading this should save your time/money by going elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake as me, and please believe the negative reviews.
