I cannot recommend this place enough. I've had a few issues with my Honda Civic in the past and after being quoted for repairs elsewhere, RG took care of everything for hundreds of dollars less. The customer service is kind and responsive as well. I'll be coming back for any other work in the future.

My back door inside door latch broke and wouldn't shut- after calling AAA who McGuyvered the car so the open door light wouldn't stay on I had to search for an auto repair place to fix the door latch. Thank goodness RG was reasonable and open on Saturdays. I need my car and can't leave it at an auto repair place. They ordered the part via secondary market because if the part was ordered from the dealer it would costs over $400 (at least that's what they told me) and I have a 2001 Toyota - very old but still running. So they informed me of all the options and pros and cons of the various options. Ultimately the part arrived 5 days later and they were able to fix it in about an hour on a Saturday. They were nice, informative and reasonable. Total costs about $350 for labor and part. I would come back again - the only reason I deducted one star was because I had to clean the floor carpet due to black stains from the worker.

Fabiola is a good professional. Explains work well, and keeps her promised timeline.A scratch that happened after I left the car with her, was also addressed professionally and with reasonable options.

I Took my Mercedes to RG Motors Auto Repair Center in Concord. I was very impressed of their professionalism. It was done correctly and wasted No time. They put the MB Original parts. The services department are very helpful and knowledgeable.They even checked the performance of the car. Without extra charges. My rack and pinion had gone out on my 2014 Mustang gt. I had my vehicle originally towed to big O tire, I had called before relaying my problem, and I got an estimate, so I made sure they could handle the problem and the price I was okay with. The following day, after using my last AAA tow to get it to big O, I spoke with the same person a few times going back and forth with issues they didn't have the part that he originally said they had so I waited another day the next day he calls then to tell me the mechanic says he can't do it do to them not having a code reader??? I am not sure what kind of mechanic shop doesn't have a code reader but it sounded like am excuses to him not checking with the mechanic before hand and the mechanic most likely didn't want to replace the electric steering rack in my car. The only good thing to come of that Big O tire mess was the person referred me to here.After speaking with the man who helped me from RG, I forgot his name :(, i belive he was the head guy at least that day, I was much more confident in having it done by them and the price was much better then Big O price and big Os price didn't include an alignment. I was able to get my steering rack replaced an alignment done oil change and a tow from Big O to his shop as he does tows for a total price that was lower then Big Os estimate on just replacing the rack. So far, there are no issues. Everything is great. I will be coming back with my cars , friends cars, and more for life. As a matter of fact, i am bringing my Mustang down again for a window regulator or motor. I'm not sure which is the issueService: Steering & suspension repair

Our grandson came home from school and couldn't get his car to go into park or reverse. We called RG and got an appointment for the next day. But we still were not able to remove the keys. We drove it to RG. Figured we would leave it there for the AM appointment. We got a call the next day by 11:00 saying the car was ready. It was a solenoid and they also found a nail in a tire as the tire indicator was lit. Wonderful service and looked beyond what was required to do the job.

Fabiola and the rest of the staff are great! My old car never looked better. It looks like it just came out from a car dealership new. If you're looking for expert car repair, excellent customer and prompt service this is the place.
