Overall a great experience. Service, and products are the best. I walked in and was greeted by Ronda. Ronda promptly helped me in finding a pair of boots, trying them on, and informing me of all the products that could work with it, and services that come with the boots. As well as simultaneously greeting other customers that walked in. Amazing customer service.

Today was the third time I have been here and it will be the last.I went to buy a pair of work shoes for my boyfriend and Jacob was the most disrespectful sales person at the store. I have never been treated like that previously here. We wanted to try on one pair of shoes in 2 sizes and he was huffing and puffing, shaking his head the whole time.200$+ for shoes and the people still treat you wrong. Unbelievable.I will never visit this store again.

Very friendly and helpful staff highly recommend going to this store for work boots, hunting boots, or just a good pair of boots or shoes that last. They even have a foot mapping machine and can suggest different insoles for the shoes u r getting

Asia is not a continent. She’s a sales person at Red Wing in Concord, CA. And she’s good at it. My purchase experience at Red Wing Concord was quick and painless thanks to her. I go to Red Wing every year sometimes more than once a year. I only wear Red Wing safety shoes for work(close to 40 years). Quality, style and comfort remain consistent through the decades. They are sturdy, reliable and comfortable. And of course like any Red Wing store this one did not disappoint. And Asia just made it more better.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is they didn't have what I was looking for. Not their fault, I'm picky. Jake was courteous and kind and checked on multiple styles for me. Overall, a positive experience.

f you're shopping for exceptional boots and exceptional service Redwing is where they're at. I was helped by Ronda and Asia who were incredibly patient, professional, and completely confident in the product that they sell. I got my first pair of Iron Rangers 8085 about a month ago and couldn't be happier. From the fit (after break in which is brutal), to the looks, to the stellar construction there is no box left unchecked. My brother also got fitted with a pair of boots but that didn't work out so I took the plunge and bought a second pair of Iron Rangers 8084 which I'm breaking in now. Thank you to the staff, and thank you Redwing - my new go to for anything boot related!

I haven’t shopped at a Red Wing store in sometime. I got wonderful assistance from Asia. I like how they measure your feet and give you so many options. Definitely not the cheapest place to buy shoes but hopefully they will help me with my bad foot. I know they make a quality shoe. It’s so hard to find a place that will give you that level of service when buying shoes. The store is very clean and professional.
