Awful. Don’t say you’re open until 4pm if you aren’t open until 4pm. We had a consultation yesterday and drove all the way up here from Livermore to see the fixtures in person (as recommended by our Design Consultant). Arrived at 3:40pm and it’s shut. Nobody is here. We have very limited time but still hauled our poor baby all the way over here, only to find it dark and empty inside and the door is locked. To add insult to injury, there’s a massive “Come in, we are open! Re-Bath” sign as you turn in from the main road. The sign was still there when we left at 4pm after trying to figure out if we really did just waste so much time travelling up here. There’s no way we are spending $40k+ on a bathroom if we can’t see live examples of what it’ll look like, and there’s no way we can do that if you aren’t even going to be open and available when you say you are, and I am struggling to maintain trust in your company under such conditions. Our poor consultant was incredibly apologetic when we messaged him asking why it was closed already. Apparently this is not normal and someone should have been here until 4pm. This is our first experience trying to visit Re-bath and unfortunately it’s not been a good one, and realistically we aren’t going to have time to come back. What a disappointment all around.

Pat came out. Did not know much about construction. Did not include specific items we discussed in the quote. Never called back to see if we were interested in proceeding.
We called a local bath contractor and got a quote for half Rebath's price and for better materials.
Seems like they are a high priced sales organization rather than a contractor.

Good overall experience with Rene and his crew. He worked in a timely and efficient manner; found problems with rodent nesting behind the wall, cleaned them out and built chicken wire to prevent future nesting. Impressed with their professionalism.

We love our new master bathroom. Everything happened on schedule. From Lorenzo and Hector, who did much of the removal and the installation, to the electrician who installed the heater/fan/light fixture, to Del who patched the drywall and Carlos and Oscar who installed our beautiful shower doors. Everyone did a fantastic job. We had a great experience. We are happy customers. Gary and Michelle

My wife and I are both very happy with RE-Bath. The workers came on time every day. they worked the whole time they were here except for lunch time. My bathroom was very old last did maybe in the 50's or early 60's. My bathroom needed a lot of work it took 4 workers to get our old cast iron tub out. Every time something was worked on it needed more work for it to be up to code. I had other contractors out and all the upgrades RE-Bath did would have cost us extra for the bathroom to be brought up to code. Joe B.

The folks at Re-Bath were a joy to work with from Sales to Installation. The installation was done within the time frame promised and the workers were friendly and professional. They left my bathroom cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend Re-Bath!

I can't begin to express my approval of this company.Although the length of time it took to begin, once started it was done in days. But had to wait weeks for shower doors but worth it.Did have a problem with the shower pan but Ryan Alcantara took care of it without any hassle.Ryan was extremely helpful and the workers efficient, courteous and clean.I highly recommend ? this company.

Lorenzo and Cecil were fantastic-they showed up promptly, got right to work and cleaned up at the end of each day. The project was done efficiently and the accessibility features worked great.

We had issues with original designer who is no longer there but then even going in to get things fixed he messed up they still got things wrong. And when questioned they did say sorry but it was followed up by a way to make it our fault. We did not ever change anything they screwed up. The vanity in master suppose to be made for that space. The door at top doesnt line up and the Installers who were great tried to fix but could not.

My experience with ReBath was wonderful. I used them because I wanted the ease of assistance with design and a quick turn around. The shower was all that I had done, and it was done in good time. With the help of the design consultant, it was easy to choose a design that I'm really happy with. Chet and the other workers were punctual and respectful every step along the way. I would recommend ReBath to anyone who wants ease and an excellent result.

Every employee and contractor that came to my house damaged something of ours. Scratches on the walls, our new bathroom doors and trim. We asked them to be careful because everything was new. They even scratched the ceiling light fixture. Besides coming back to paint, they had to come out three times just to recaulk because it kept leaking on our new floors. This whole experience started November 6, 2023 through today January 23, 2024. Hopefully todays caulking works.
