I had to get my car fixed through an insurance claim and I went to rainbow auto body and paint on the recommendation of my neighbors. Rick was friendly and helpful. When my insurance was not driving the process making things difficult for everyone, Rick made things easy. I felt like I had a partner in getting my car fixed. Rick was available to provide me updates on a regular basis and called me to let me know my car was ready earlier than anticipated.

I crashed my car this morning, and after visiting five auto bodyshops that could not help me, I finally found the rainbow auto body & paint, He was great! In last then 10 minutes my car was fixed. They deserve more than five stars!

A friend recommended this body shop. It's close to my work. They worked directly with the insurance company, and Enterprise is just a block away where I got my rental car. They completed the job faster than I expected. They even had the car cleaned inside and outside and waxed. The color is blended so we'll, you can't even tell anything happened to the car, as you can see in the photos. And, the owner is so friendly and handsome.

The guys at the shop were awesome. My truck was got hit and the fender was smashed in and they pulled it out and fixed along with the hood, bumper and grill. I highly recommend them for alllllll auto body and paints needs. A+++++ top of the line service true professionals.

Last Saturday, my Mazda Red CX5 sustained damage on the bumper from another car in a parking lot. Realizing it was going cost less to repair than my $1,000 ded.(have 2 teen drivers) I jumped on Yelp(of course). I read up and discovered this shop so I called. The owner Eric picks up the phone personally. I ask if they are open and he says no. But he asks me to explain my call. Right away he offers to have me swing by for a look at my vehicle anyway! I am over there quickly. Sure enough I need a new bumper. He calls Mazda immediately to get to work on a price. I opt for the aftermarket one. We then next discuss price. Between the bumper, the paint(which on my car is a three stage process) and the repair, he quotes me a very fair price. I just picked my car up. All done 4 days later. Took 2 hours and I went over to shop at Cost Co while waiting! No surprises. It looks beautiful and Thank You Eric!! I would highly recommend this business!!

Love this place! Anytime I have issues with my car (big or small) they are always available to help me out. They don't try to oversell you on anything, which is refreshing. My car has always been fixed on time with quality parts, and for a fair price. I have never had any issues with any of the repairs they have done either. The owner Eric is awesome, and super nice. Very knowledgeable about all types of cars. If you live in the East Bay and need a good repair shop, this is the place to go.
