I wasn't expecting to review Home Depot. But my last interaction I just wanted to share as it really was amazing. Customer service on multiple levels. It had been sometimes since I use my Home Depot card and that was not an option while I was shopping online. I did reach out to the customer service line and the gentleman was very helpful pleasant Was able to find me easily and we had a wonderful discussion. I added a fairly significantly priced item to my order at that time mainly because I just felt comfortable. Customer Service on the phone call was above and beyond. Now I had set both of my orders it had to be split, because the large one was coming from a different warehouse For delivery. A smaller order of some galvanized roofing material and a couple other things I set up for delivery. It was easy it was very inexpensive and it was at my house before I woke up look I've got access to trucks if I ask, I do have a utility trailer. It's kind of a pain in the you know what to hook up and get down there and get back home absolutely, wonderful experience with that delivery now I am able to jump to work first thing this morning with everything that I need. I will continue to shop at Home Depot. Thank you for the great service.

Staff turnover here is very high. Never see the same face from one visit to the next. I also notice that product supply is an issue with empty bays.

Went to Home Depot to buy a kitchen faucet and was going to try to install it myself, not knowing anything about installing a faucet but was going to give it a shot. However, asked how much it was to install using Home Depot. The price was very reasonable. so had them install. They arrived a couple hours later and did a great job installing my faucet. They had to install new on and off valves so there's just no way I could have done it myself. So worth the price. Job well done.

Waited for almost an hour for help getting into a cage for a battery. I asked 3 different employees who said they would be back and I never saw them again. When I finally did find someone the told me the aisle I needed and the stopped fallowing me half way there. I ended up leaving

I came here because of the recent positive reviews, and although I had a very good experience with one employee here who assisted me in getting a drill, it took over 20 minutes to get a pressure washer because only two employees knew the code to unlock it, and none of them were anywhere to be found. I had to go to the customer service desk twice and have them call people to unlock it, and it still took that long. When both of them finally arrived (walking together, even though I just needed one), one of them was kind and the other had a dismissive attitude, as if I was bothering her by asking her to unlock the cage so I could get a pressure washer. A Home Depot trip for 5 items should not take 40 minutes.

This location is crowded, chaotic, and disorganized. The parking lot is a Kafkaesque labyrinth that makes you question your own sanity. Inside, many of the aisle labels don't match what's actually there, there's like 5 different locations for concrete, they let the air fill with dust creating a health hazard for both guests and employees. For some reason they had 25-30 employees on the floor, which is more than you'll find at Lowe's, but they don't clean anything. The only thing working to their favor was the checkout clerks, friendly and quick. Still, I'll go Lowe's from now on, at least there I can find my way in and out of the parking lot and won't have to jump through 15 hoops to get my veterans discount.

Seriously this isn't just about the Concord store but my experience in every Home Depot I have been in. You ask for help and you're lucky if someone shows up within two hours of asking. When you try to talk to someone the management and other associates don't care and blow you off. Today I went to Home Depot because I needed plaint and my wife and I are getting a backsplash installed by them. I asked for someone to help, they paged and then no one. I kept being told any minute someone would be there to help. I gave up after a while of waiting and even told an associate about this and why I very rarely ever go to Home Depot and I was told "that's OK". Gee, really that's OK. Maybe you would prefer I never come back? I guess you can care less about customers. Seriously if you have a choice Lowe's or ACE Hardware are the places to go. Home Depot clearly doesn't value customers.

Emily at Home Depot was incredibly helpful. Her knowledge made finding what I needed easy, and she provided valuable advice for my project. She patiently answered my questions and ensured I understood everything. When faced with a challenge, she quickly offered alternatives. Emily's assistance made my experience smooth and enjoyable. Kudos to her for exceptional service at Home Depot!

A young female cashier with RED hair asked me for SSN and ID when I wanted to pay my credit card bill with cash. I pay at the store every month and no one has ever asked me for this information. I asked her if it was the new rule and she replied that this is what home depot requires. As a result, I changed to a cashier and the process was very simple and the same as usual. I don't know if the RED hair lady was doing it for credit card fraud or some other reason.

There are a lot of people in this store, and things are arranged in an orderly manner. Before buying something, it is recommended to make a list and carefully check the size specifications, because there are many items and many sizes. If you buy the wrong product, you can return or exchange it, and the service staff will help. Things are not particularly cheap, but there are many items and you can buy them all at once.

Don't shop here. Hardly anyone who works here wants to be there. Had to beg someone for assistance with copying keys that I had trouble copying with the instant key machine. One guy told me to not wait for him and ask someone else to help me. At the end of the day, none of my keys could be copied. There was either no blanks available or the machine couldn't read my keys. Had a gift certificate and went to the smart home isle and tried to get someone to help me open the cage and one guy said he would go and help me and he never came back. Another guy passed by and he simply told me to scan the SKU and go to the self-checkout which is too long. What has happened to the US??
