I had my refrigerator replaced and they replaced parts that they knew would be a problem in the future. It’s been years sense the repair and it’s running great!

My family and I have been dealing with a nightmare LG refrigerator since December 2022. LG sent out one company that allegedly fix the issue but broke our door glider. Then the issue that the other company allegedly fixed, returned and ultimately cost me a broken icemaker now after weeks of calls with LG they finally sent out another repair company which happened to be Precision services. The technician David was great, very knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to assure everything that was wrong was corrected and anything he saw an issue with was addressed. Even though I I did not come out of pocket for any expenses, he was very professional, very thorough and was very quick in his repair. It took more time to get the parts then it did for him to fix it. I can't speak about any other technicians but if you get David, you will have a good service tech.

So the compressor went out on our two year old LG refrigerator. We called LG Customer Service on Saturday and found out the compressor was still under warranty. A repairman was called out to take care of the job. When I checked their YELP site, I was shocked to see so many one star reviews. I tried to cancel and ask for another repair service, but DAVID from Precision Services texted us on Sunday and made an appointment for the next day which was Monday. David came early and he was very professional and explained what was going on in our refrigerator freezer. He changed our expectations because we were expecting terrible service, but instead David was highly professional and efficient. We can't speak for the other repair people at Precision Services, but we certainly can highly recommend David from Precision Services.

Have had several issues with my GE Profile fridge. A few service calls with precision, still have the same problem after repairs. Warm on top freezing on the bottom. They will not answer or return calls since last repair. The service techs were prompt & courtesy when I finally did get an appointment.Can not say the same for how they run there business. Under my Costco warranty, Precision was sent to fix the extended fan that's connected under my microwave. The technician showed up and was very nice. I could tell he was struggling to get the new part attached but when he finished it looked fine. When I tried pushing on it to have it extend forward, it didn't sound right; very loud/clunky. I mentioned it and he said the bearings were wearing in. When I questioned that, he said it was because of the parts that move and that was normal. He would not listen. After he left I noticed 2 of the 4 grease filters underneath were missing. I called right away and he said he didn't have them. I asked if I could get back the old ones he took away as they are washable. He said there were none. Really?! I had 4 of them on the previous part and had just looked at them that morning. He insisted there were none. He outright lied to me on the phone. The next day I noticed that if the fan is extended out and I open the microwave door, it hits the extended fan piece and nearly takes it off! I called the office and was told the manager was on vacation and would call me within a few days. It's been a week. I've called multiple times and it goes straight to VM. I texted the number on their VM twice and had no response. Be aware if a warranty company says they're sending Precision to make repairs. Request someone else!! Do not call them for repairs either!! Now I will be calling the warranty company and reporting this and hopefully they will send out someone else to repair the repair.Service: Microwave repair

My personal experience for an LG refrigerator warranty work was really smooth. From LG approved authorization for service to Precision services was 4 business days to fix my refrigerator. I was honestly worried about the warranty process as I've heard horror stories about techs coming out with wrong parts only to delay it weeks after week. Precision services was punctual in their text responses. The tech, who happens to own it, was a pro. Took around 1:15 mins. Being thorough like cleaning out moisture from the lines is top notch. Turns out LG 1st gen linear compressors where bad so they got a smooth process to replace it. Thank goodness for that.

They will not arrive on time and Do Not return calls or text back. The other1 STAR reviews speak for themselves. I ended up canceling my appointment and went somewhere else.

Just don't use them. Go somewhere else. I have never done a review before so know how extremely disappointed I am and how much time I have wasted. So much for purchasing an extended warranty if the company won't stand behind their work. This company needs a total overhaul. I have to select a star to post...know I wouldn't even give them one.

Our refrigerator and freezer stopped working and LG connected me with them. Everything went great, it just took little longer to get the part than I had hoped. The lady on the phone and the tech were very good.

Precision Services was contracted by Frigidaire to replace my recalled ice maker. The technician was polite and completed the work telling me I should have ice by the next day. Six day's later there is no ice, only a puddle of water under the refrigerator. I called Precision Services and asked for the technician to return to ensure the installation was correct, but a dismissive receptionist told me to call Frigidaire to have them tell Precision Services to return. I told the receptionist I wanted to make sure the installation was done correctly since there was water on the floor. She told me that they had closed out the service request and to call Frigidaire, then she abruptly hung up on me. What a chilling response!Service: Refrigerator repair

The Service tech Rudy was Awesome. He found the problem with my refrigerator told me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He did all that in a timely manner. My only complaint was I had to wait over a week and a half before they could get to my repair, other than that service was Outstanding.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I purchased a range about a month ago. It continually made a loud buzzing noise while heating, like a helicopter was landing in my kitchen. I called for warranty service and they hooked me up with Precision. Jason showed up on time and knew exactly the problem when he heard the noise. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service that was provided for my gas stove. The service person kept insisting that the stove was working as it should even when the burners were not starting/delayed. And burner was showing yellow flames high flames. Broil and bake was very unsafe to use and the flame was extremely high but kept insisting that it looks normal. Changed parts which did absolutely nothing for the stove. And when tried to communicate with the company about issues still not being resolved they claimed their service provider stated in the notes that stove was working to it’s full potential. Extremely unethical and unprofessional. They don’t know what they are doing ironic to their name.
