Geoff is THE MAN!!! He is super cool and knowledgeable. Also, very honest and accommodating. Definitely has saved me from taking a sledgehammer to my old, money pit BMW x6. Getting rid of it soon, but will still go to him for my wife's car.

Geoff did an amazing job installing my Tesla Y calipers, mud flaps and rotating my tires for a very reasonable price! He's so efficient and knowledgeable, he completed the task in just 1 hr and the outcome was outstanding, I highly recommend him.

I worked with him back in 2017 and there's a reason I drove 45 minutes to have him work on my vehicle.

I'm not from the concord area, but I searched high and low for a lift kit and some advise for replacing wheels of my CX-50. I wasn't digging the 20" stock wheels, and I wanted to go less rims, more rubber. But, I surely didn't want to have a over the top modifies off roader. So, after calling around and doing research on my own, I needed some direction, someone to guide me but not too much that it leads me away from my intention for this small build. Other shops, particularly larger shops, they're also quick to reply and give suggestions, but it felt all too generic and not really hearing me out. However with PowerHouse and Geoff corresponding with me through every step of the way, and the assistance isn't overwhelming or rushed to get the sale/job - I truly felt he/them were the right choice. It's always a tremendously great experience when you're directly communicating with the person who is actually doing the build. Everything was clear cut and the process couldn't have been better. The results were even better. Now, if only I had more vehicles to modify, just because of this experience. One can only wish that there are more options to go to a smaller yet established places as a consumer. Gripe side note: like needing to go to the dealership because of a recall - I absolutely hate it. Why do we always have to wait for the one sales person that had helped us originally in the morning, and now we end up waiting in their line. It's the sales world, I get it - I just wish the system could be reinvented or things stay small yet quality like Powerhouse.

I picked this company because of all the other positive reviews on Yelp. I'm glad I did. Geoff provided a competitive quote and great service for replacing my radiator. He made the experience simple and stress-free. I will be taking my truck and my wife's car to PowerHouse from now on.

Great service from beginning to end. Geoff initially responded to my quote request on installing lowering links and camber kit for my Tesla Model X P100D. He was quick to respond and asked the necessary follow up questions regarding the equipment to be installed. He was professional courteous and very knowledgeable. I recommend this shop for automotive needs.

Coilovers can be a pain, especially when adjusting the ride height you want. Geoff was patient while helping me get the height I wanted. Before making the appointment, Geoff was super helpful figuring out what actually would fit my car. After a week of researching, we figured out that coilovers would be the best option. If you need someone who really cares about your suspension needs, look no further!

Honest and super committed to delivering a quality service for a fair price and suggesting services based on conditions and mileage. Took in for my 90k service and Geoff is a great Service tech and manager - does it all! Knows his stuff for sure! I'll be taking it back to do spark plugs and any other modifications I possibly think of adding! Highly recommend!
