Walked in for a drop in livescan for the DMV and my school. Service was really quick and staff was friendly and courteous. Pricing is lower than most places around, charging $30 for each livescan (not including the $32/49 DoJ fee). Great option for the price, and will definitely be coming back in the future for any licescanning. (They charge $3 for credit cards, so bring cash or debit)

Really wonderful service here. Every time I have come by, they have been so helpful and go above and beyond. They have lots of services to suit your needs. The live scan process here has been easiest for me in the whole area (I’ve had it done 4 times and theirs was the best - quick, clear, easy).Support your local mom and pop shops!

I rented a uhaul truck for my move. The owner was very friendly and gave me a holiday gift of not having to put gas in truck before returning it. Everything went smoothly and I returned the truck and put the key in the drop box. It was way less crowded and easier than going to a regular uhaul place.

Never go to these guys. i shipped an international package more than an year ago with these guys which was never delivered. I followed up multiple times and filed a claim with the carrier but never got neither my package back nor the compensation. However, the owner of this store at Dublin, CA calls me talking so rudely saying why did you file a claim blah blah.. When i was trying to explain the situation, he was not even interested to listen what happened. Basically, they cheated by not only taking the money for shipping but also not delivering the package as promised. I recommend not to go to this center at all.

Horrible experience picking up UPS mail from here. Staff are incompetent and cannot communicate. Inside is not well kept and overall dodgy. I've dropped off mail fete before and left confused. Avoid at all cost, nothing but unhappy customers.

Great service today at Postal Annex store 164 in Concord, Ca. I have never been there, but they do ink fingerprints that I needed for an out of state license. They were quick, helpful, and even had a pair of reading glasses that I borrowed to fill out the forms. Did not try to "up-sell" me on overnight mail/delivery. They could not have been more helpful. I look forward to using them again.

Friendly place when I started, but after like 3 years u would think ur mail was safe and not redirected outta state with no notice. Or maybe if certified mail comes, a heads up would be nice. I have my transportation issues making it hard to get to my box. So when I put in a change of address called them to have them forward my mail to a closer location, it was impossible. Something changed? I don't know. But I have a jury duty notice that I didn't know about a month old. Hmm wonder who was going to tell me?As if updated info Was the cause...but it's not. Just lack of care on every part. I will say that when I request them to forward my mail they do drop it off to me where I'm at, which isn't the 1st time n since 1/21, maybe they could have automatically done this to help me..then I wouldn't mind as much paying for service. Right now my only understanding is that they want to close for non payment because I obviously don't get a bill where they send it? Go figure. And in such a case, forwarding or returning mail that could be time sensitive to Maryland where I was 3 years ago+ was a better alternative. I'm just confused because as a account holder I should know why my mail is delivered where ever. Just thinking, not 1 Xmas card? I must be lonely cause even my credit cards say thanks 4 owing us money this year. But maybe I expected too much. I even requested help from the pd. Thinking they would look into something that is documented as a federal offense, but I guess this is no one's dept. Hopefully I can get some help.
