“The layout of this store is similar to Costco. The bakery here is great. If you need to pick up something last minute for birthday, etc. great selection and nicely decorated options. As far as everything else, the items I found that Costco also sells were similar in price or sometimes a little less. But that was rare because the majority of what Sams Club offers is not available at Costco(and that's a good thing or else why would I shop here?)
Clothing selection is great. Sizes go from xs through xxl. I like the shopping experience here. I must because I drive here all the way from San Leandro ?”

“We normally go to Costco but just recently added a Sam's membership to try. And it had more than we thought. It definitely wasn't as crowded as Costco and we had to scan membership card for everything including food court and exit. But I liked the fact that a lot of their sizes weren't as big as Costco size. Selection was decent and we saw stuff (especially snacks) that Costco didn't carry. And this the kicker, the food court! More selection, cheaper since smaller but who cares. We got a slushy and pretzel. This would be a kid's reward if the kids were younger. Except this Sam's didn't have a gas station. Otherwise once kids are gone and you don't need Costco sizes, Sam's is a good and less stressful alternative.”

“I have been a Costco Member for many decades. Today was the first day I patronized the Pharmacy at the Antioch, CA Costco. I received great service from Alex (via a Phone call). As a first time caller, I had no clue how the Pharmacy service works. Alex, patiently and professionally provided answers to my many questions. He also spent the time to listen to their voice mails in search of the message my doctor left with my new Prescription. I originally told him that my doctor said he spoke to one of the Pharmacy staff which was not the case. Because of the high quality service he provided me today, he definitely should be recognized by upper Costco Management. I could not find a way on the Costco web site or system to leave a review or feedback; therefore, I am using Yelp. Hope this helps my fellow Costco Members. Thank you Alex, Ed Woo”

“I Really Want to give a HUGE shout out to Fred who is a Pharmacy assistant, I feel like he went above and beyond searching for a medicine that is a bit difficult to locate, he even contacted the original Pharmacy to have it sent over on my behalf. Then he called to tell me "your medicine is ready for pick up".
He went above and beyond, upon meeting him he has a very kind demeanor. Also the pharmacist went over how to take the medicine that wasn't gone over before by the previous Pharmacy.
Good hire on behalf of Sam's club.

Very quick and quietly enjoyable in here as they're few shoppers during rush hours and also little staff so just know that you can keep piece of mind with out having store clerk following you around, making you feel closed in on, and never bothered by asking if you need assistance too many times. :)”

“After a very unpleasant experience a number of months ago with a rude manager, I have not returned until today for an urgent need. A staff member gladly helped us locate a hard-to-find item, retrieved another item from back-room inventory, and provided helpful product information. Today, at least, the store seemed transformed.”
“There are not many place for on site printing service in this area. Walgreen continues to provide service at the reasonable rate for printing photo. As soon as you upload the photo and print order, the system tell you 30 minutes time for the pick up. The restroom is also available for customer with key pad which need a staff to unlock it.”

“I went to the CVS at 4424 Treat Blvd Concord CA to get my new bivalent Covid booster yesterday. What an easy, fast, and pleasant experience I had in this CVS pharmacy! Michael in the Pharmacy immediately greeted me with professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent service! He was extremely helpful getting me set up for my vaccine and filling my order for Covid test kits. I was treated very well by a Pharmacy Tech who gave me shot and after only a few minutes I was on my way! I highly recommend this CVS location!”

Akram is the pharmacist that normally helps me.I had originally called this pharmacy to get info on how to get access to medication while having medi-cal insurance because I was having trouble getting care.He went out of his way to get me the right phone numbers I needed to schedule appointments and now I’m all set up through medi-cal with his help even though he had no obligation to help me.
