If your driving is any testament to how satisfied I'd be with your company, I'm worried for your consumers. I understand the need to get dental equipment from point A to point B, but do you have to do it while riding everyone's a** on the Richmond bridge, then going 90+ mph in and out of traffic on 101? You're endangering lives while driving in a company labeled vehicle. What is actually wrong with you? Great marketing.

This review is specifically for the tech, Ben! I've been an RDA for 7 years and most of my time has been working in the valley (Modesto/Ripon) area where we deal mainly with Henry Schein, so when I moved out to Alameda 1 1/2 years ago and started working, Patterson was the main company they worked with and I was not impressed. Every time a tech would get sent out it was the wrong time, they'd come an hour late and didn't have the parts to fix any equipment leaving us without a running statim, no extra oral suction (post-COVID), etc. Today Ben was sent out and was above & beyond my expectations. I told him all my concerns and he looked at each and every one taking them into consideration and let me know what needed to be done with each. I will be requesting him for my office from now on because he's BY FAR the sweetest and knows what he's doing. THANK YOU, Ben!!

Wreckless driver, consider adding a obd 2 gps tracker and possibly a camera so you can see how badly this person drives, tailgating, passing on the right on the shoulder?!?!

We couldn't be more happier with our rep Heidi Pineda!! She goes above and beyond the standards of a rep . He response time is exceptional and if she doesn't know the answer on one of my many crazy questions she finds out fast for me and never leaves me hanging .Did i mention she is also the sweetest!! I could go on and on , as long as Heidi is our rep we will be forever Patterson customers !!

I've been a patterson client for almost 10 years and I've been in dentistry for more than 10 years. I can accurately say Elizabeth Dygert is the best dental rep there is. She is attentive without hovering, answers all my emails and texts promptly, and gets me ER techs when I need them. I've been approached many times to switch to other companies but every time I see Elizabeth or think of the service she's provided over the years, there is no question in my mind that she's the best. Love her!

I have been with Patterson Dental my entire career, and Elizabeth Dygert is my lady! she is the ray of sunshine that comes in routinely to check in, help answer my questions, and remind me that she and Patterson are always here for me. She is quick, responsive, and organized. Patterson has always been there for me so I'm gonna continue to be their loyal proponent. Also would like to do a shout out for Hank and my girl Charm.
