I called ahead before going to this place to see if they could clean and press a suit and some shirts for me by tomorrow morning. They said they could make it happen. When I arrived they said it was not possible and it would take 2 days. I also told them I had a flight to catch and I need it done in the morning. they told me "that's your problem." This business is very rude and I ended up going to Grace cleaners. They were able to accomplish the job and I am grateful to them and they have earned my business. I regularly dry clean my work uniforms and parkway cleaners lost my business before they even had a chance to earn it.

I took a red hooded Ralph Lauren Polo Sweat Shirt to this poor excuse of a business 5 and half months ago to repair a broken zipper.They never called to inform me it was repaired. I became really busy during those months and it slipped my mind.I recently remembered that I had left it there and went in to pick it up.I went into parkway cleaners on the 17th of November. I showed the lady Nina at the counter my receipt/ticket. She brought it up to the counter. I noticed right away that there was still a safety pin on the zipper.It was not fixed and they had the sweat coat for over 5 months. Nina acknowledge it right away and asked me to come back two Saturdays from that Friday. So they would have it for another 8 days.I went in today ( 12/5/2023 ) and they brought it to the counter and there was oil stains from the sewing machine when they repaired the zipper on the front mid/chest section of the sweat shirt. The oil stains ran parallel to the zipper on both right and left side of the garment. I took it out of the garment bag to inspect it better and sure enough it was there. I thought it might be lint material. NOPE!!! I said something right away. The owners sister Nina denied accountability right then and there even though these oil stains were not there before. I had washed it before it took it in. It didn't have anything on it, whatsoever.I told her this garment was over $100.00 and she would not budge. Nina brought out her battle-ax sister the owner from the back. Her name is Judy. She actually had the nerve to say... " You know that we did not do that." Before I even had a chance to even say anything. Not even a greeting when she first walked up. They deny culpability no matter what the circumstances are, regarding any kind of damage to customers garments.. I took it to their competitors next door and they will take care of it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Do not learn the hard way. These other negative reviews are accurate.

I been a customer for years until I did drop off a hat, even when I handle the owner my hat I ask her twice if it doesn't going to come out the same please don't do it. But she promise me it will and guess what they destroy my hat and my work jacket smelling like it was in the bottom of the laundry basket for days. When back and she offer me was to clean it again and may be re shape it. Not even offer me a refund. So don't wait your money here they're one few doors down they do a better jo

Years coming - always being patient, they have lost shirts after shirts.....clothes have come back stained and they refuse to own up to their mistakes. When the owner is not there the employees have music real loud and close doors early at times. So disappointed.

I dry cleaned my dress and husbands top and slacks. The slacks needed hemming, and they did a great job on the hemming. They were able to get it done by the day I needed it all.

Brand new clothes and a designer suit came back with damaged buttons. Pants were smelly with mildew. They offered to fix it but I wouldn't trust them with anything of value. Avoid at all costs. Remember "No Refunds"

I highly recommend Parkway Cleaners (and Tailoring) even on the hottest Summer Days when workers are in the sweltering heat to ensure our clothes are properly cleaned and pressed.Always warm and welcoming, Parkway Cleaners cares for the dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, and tailoring of our finest clothing.The penultimate illustration of professionalism, and quality of service, was when I moved away for almost 4 years, my dry cleaning was still waiting for me, including a bed comforter, as if I’d been away 4 days!
