What a shitty shitty shitty store this one is. Terrible customer service...people who doesn't want to work behind the counter should never work in customer service . They better off working in the back like unpacking boxes, inventory and other things that doesn't requie any interaction with other human being. Customer service is not for everyone. Just remember that store managers when you are hiring your employees.

The employees are rude, literally sitting on the display tables reading their phones instead of even making eye contact with customers. There was trash on the floors and unorganized merchandise and music playing with profanities. Such a shame that management allows this low level of operation.

I ordered a pair of pants and a pink sweat pants.FedX left me an email stating they have a package from PacSun but there was no address. I let them know my address ( which PacSun made a mistake of not putting the address on my package ) . But FedX didn't put a tracking number on my message. FedX said they couldn't track my package without a tracking number. It took me more than a month to get a hold of PacSun they don't have a customer service number to call . I'm out the $ for the package that I never received. I wouldn't give them 5 star. They acted as if they thought I was blowing hot air. I don't think I will ever recommend this company to anyone else.

Girl working there today was extremely rude. I buy here all the time and today they had a bogo buy one get two free. I picked three items that were all 25$. She rung me up and charged me 40$. When I was about to ask her why, she said rudely “do you want it or not?” I responded back “it’s ok thank you.” She then proceeded to grab the clothes from the counter and throw it on a different counter in a very angry way. And turned to me and said “then bye have a nice day” in a very mocking manner. Probably saw that I was Asian and thought I was cheap. No wonder the store never has any customers anymore any way. Sad because I buy from here all the time.

Horrible experience The manager who was working today 8/14/22 at 2:30pm did a terrible job in servicing . She did not want to refund our money We just bought the pants a day ago. She did not even put money in the gift card. The manager has a bad attitude and was very rude. I will never Shop there ever again

UPDATE: Now they don't let you touch the Essentials clothing. What is happening... Worst pacsun I've been in by far. First issue I had was the previous Fear of God drop I called at 4pm to ask if they had a long sleeve in stock, they told me they weren't allowed to say, I eventually got them to say they had a size L, they can't put it on hold even though I live 30 minutes away and have to cross the bridge, I leave 10 minutes after that phone call, I get there and they don't have it anymore. Wasted time and gas. Second issue, another Fear of God drop tomorrow April 28th, I call and ask if they are getting in product and they tell me I have to come in tomorrow to find out. Please help me understand why you can't just say "yes we'll be releasing it"? Why do I have to waste my time and gas to drive 30 minutes just to find out if you'll have it when you can just tell me? You sound d*** as hell if you think I'm going to drive over there just to find out you didn't get it. You'll be getting a sale from me where I spend $200+? Why do you have to be cryptic and not give any info? You already don't offer returns or exchanges on these items so the least you can do is tell me you'll be getting it in stock? Lol don't ever shop here. Buy from SSENSE, Nordstrom or Mr Porter

I purchased clothing online. I tried to return a few of the items in the store. Their computer system said I already returned them. Which is a screw up on their end. They said this error has been happening to several customers. I had to ship them back to Pacsun. They sent me a confirmation of receiving the return. They returned the wrong shirt. The one I sent them was $20 more than the one they chose to return (from my online order). Ugh. They don't answer the customer service phone listed online. It hangs up on you. So you're forced to chat through email, takes weeks, I'm going on 3 weeks, to get it figured out. They still haven't corrected the mistake. Unless you know for SURE you won't ever return something, don't shop here. it's a disaster.

I came in with my friend and while we were waiting to check out, there was this mom and daughter were trying to return something and the mom was giving her daughter and the employees such a hard time for no reason. Amayah was extremely professional and didn't let this middle aged white lady get the best of her. This is a shout-out to her! (4 stars bc it was hot as hell in there)

Words cannot explain how senseless the shipping through this company are. Actually saw something I like, ordered two different colors at the same time, but they ship separate? First one that shipped I still have not received, and theres no way to talk to anyone or get ahold of the company themselves. You cannot actually track your package whatsoever. Horrible customer service. I actually can't think of a single good thing to say about pacsun.

Cool store, I made the mistake one time when I was here of buying the way wrong size pair of shoes. Had no problem doing a return.
