The quality of this place is... 10/10. I got into a fender bender and the driver who hit me ran off, leaving me to pay for my own repairs. I went to three shops around Monument and this was this shop gave me the best quote. The owner, Sean, takes great pride in this shop and the quality of the repairs shows. Definitely recommend

Sean was wonderful! I had a minor issue with a rear fender on my Camry. I went to 3 other body shops before going to Pacific Auto Body. All 3 insisted I make an appointment in order to get the fender looked at, which would require me returning at another time. When I got to Pacific Auto Body, Sean took a look at my car within 5 minutes. He and one of his staff were able to pop the fender back into place in less than 10 minutes. I am so appreciative of his willingness to take a look, much less fix the problem so efficiently! While I hope I never need a body shop in the future, if I do I'm returning to Sean.

I reached out to Sean at Pacific Auto Body Shop to remove my spoiler & to reinstall a new Carbon Fiber spoiler. Within hours he got back to me with a very reasonable quote & professionally installed it the same day. Highly recommend!

If there's an autobody shop I would ever recommend, it would be pacific auto body here in concord. Sean and his team went above and beyond to get the repairs done on my vehicle in a very timely manner. He kept me updated and informed about the progress on my vehicle. He is super awesome and I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to his shop!

So, my car had a little run-in, and the passenger-side door got dinged up. I searched around and decided to use Pacific Auto Body Shop. Let me tell you, it was great! The guy there (sorry, his name slipped my mind) was really cool, tackling all my questions like a pro.The Pacific Auto Body Shop team really knows what they are doing. They fixed up my ride real quick, paying attention to all the details. My car looks like new now.They kept me in the loop, and the whole experience was just awesome. I'm giving Pacific Auto Body Shop a big thumbs up. They do excellent work, care about their customers, and I'll definitely be heading back for any car issues.

So impressed with Sean and his team here. Sean got us in same-day for an estimate, worked with our insurance company, kept us updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond to finish the work before a long holiday weekend. They returned our car sparkling clean, vacuumed, so much better than we left it! We would absolutely go back to Pacific Auto Body Shop.

This shop is amazing. I took my wife's car in after she was in an accident. The team made sure to answer all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the entire process. From insurance approval to parts bein ordered and vehicle being painted and polished. I am very picky when it comes to my vehicles appearance and sean made sure everything was perfect. From the color to the gaps! I highly recommend this shop!

I highly recommend Pacific Auto Body Shop. They did an excellent job and did it very quickly. I got an estimate for the work when I showed up. By comparison the body shop recommended by my Mercedes dealer had a seven day wait; while another told me they could not work on my car because they didn't work with my insurance company.Since my Mercedes was over 10 years old, a factory replacement for the front bumper was not available. Pacific Auto searched the secondary market and could not find a replacement. Instead, they repaired the bumper that was damaged to a like new condition. The workmanship was excellent.Service: Body & Trim

This body shop replaced my stock rear diffuser on my Audi A3 with an aftermarket diffuser. My car was finished a little over one hour. The owner is friendly and honest. Prices are very reasonable. I will be coming back here if I need a body shop.8/12/2022: This is my 2nd time here. These guys are friendly, honest, efficient, and affordable. This shop is friendly, honest, and affordable. You won't be able to beat their prices. I've been here twice for some minor work on my Audi A3 and this shop has been amazing. I was in and out of the shop this morning within an hour. I'll be back in the future for any body shop work.

Ran over a cone and broke my shutters. Came here they ordered the part and put it back in 1 day. Quick and fair prices. And the staff are super nice. Totaly recommend.
