Connor went above and beyond to help assist in helping find a part to secure our car battery. Prior to this we went to AutoZone to get a new battery and was missing a part to secure it, the young man assisting us there was unable to help secure it. Glad we came here to not only find the part but met with great, professional customer service. Will be coming here in the future.

We needed a battery this morn badly, the manager opened half hour early, had the right battery n then refused a tip. Great, great customer service!!

Took my car battery here to have it recharged after it had died in my car. Picked up my battery after they called me and they forgot to actually charge it. Had to take it to another place to get it charge. the battery worked fine after.

I wanted to making my little Miata look nice with some good quality car soaps and waxes, so I decided to go to O'Reily's on Clayton Road. I interacted with a couple of sales people who were very attentive and helpful. One of guys took me over to the car wash area and showed me his personal favorites. I ended up buying all of his recommendations. One recommendation that stood out was a Chemical Guys spray wax that he said worked great and smelled good too. I didn't think about that comment too much until I used it. It worked great and it smelled fantastic! He was right! The people that work at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable, and seem to enjoy their work , which made the experience really nice for me!
