“My son just left here. Thank you so much for fixing his iPhone 12. He has been dealing with his phone not charging. He could charge it intermittently at best. Just finding out why he didn't take it to a iPhone business that fixes phones. He got ripped off 200.00 from a phone repair business in Walnut Creek previously. So he didn't want to try another repair business. Well today changed everything. The repairman fixed his problem in minutes. Gave him a complimentary fix too. Now my young adult son is back using it stress free. Thank you so much”
“After spending quite a bit of time at a dedicated Verizon store with a sales associate who had a snarky attitude and who made me feel like I was unintelligent, I left that store. A friend of mine said she had excellent service at another store, so I went there the same day. I experienced the exact opposite at that retail store. Ali was friendly, patient, and helped me figure out the best phone solution for me. His co-worker was just as friendly and informative. I came in for a phone and left that store with a phone, a case, an Apple watch, an iPad, upgraded insurance coverage, and more. Ali helped me set everything up and I left with a smile on my face. “My wife and I both needed new phones. Yiikees!!! Lucky for us, when we went in a couple of evenings ago, the store was very slow (we were literally the ONLY customers) and Mohammed, the nice gentleman who served us, took the time to help us with EVERYTHING we needed without rushing us, or making us feel stupid! LOL! We all know how complicated even the "simplest" of smart phone can be today, so it's real refreshing when someone like Mohammed can do his job so well, and with such a good attitude! “Ordering my iPhone 15 Pro Max White was a big pain. I had originally ordered same day pickup at the Danville Location and ended up canceling my order due to the bad customer service i had gotten from the danville site. I had eventually reordered the iPhone and ordered same day pickup at the concord/sunvalley mall location. I had waited the whole day with both call or email. So i waited another day and decided to go in person and was warmly welcomed by Roger. Roger was a blast! He helped me get my iPhone that same day. Had a great time and was taken care of. “I was able to switch from Sprint to Tmobile super fast and I was able to keep my same number. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that helped me, he was great. Tmobile has a first responders discount so we're able to save a lot on our phone bill. Customer service upstairs is way better than the location downstairs.”

“I want to give a shout out to Cynthia for her extraordinary dedication to her work! January 6th, I walked into the store, to take a number in line. The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Your company is blessed to have such a hard working girl! Give this girl a raise. Best of all, I wasn't late for the class I needed to attend across town. I'm so grateful for her diligence.”

“I came with a phone that wasn't charging, I thought the port was broken, they checked it, told me what they thought could be, also told me what could be the worst case, I waited a few minutes and now I have a fully functional phone just like new and the fee was cheap, totally recommend this place, you can also see what they do to your phone and I think that's worth some extra points.”
