The new woman who works here is incredibly kind and friendly; I didn't get her name, though. In addition, the gas prices at this station are generally fair, which is convenient for me because I work nearby.Plus smog prices are great too with a nice trustworthy smog inspector named Loc. I would highly recommend this particular smog shop.

Came in today 11/30/2023 just to simply use the ATM. I withdrew my cash and kindly asked the man at the register for change for a 20. He shook his head no and I asked why, and he said "buy something". Terrible way to handle customers and I buy gas here weekly. This will be the last time my family and I step foot into this station.

Gas is reasonable but customer service is subpar. I asked if the restroom worked and they agreed but once I paid for gas it was a different story.

This review is waayy overdue. I've been coming in here for my smog checks for a few years now and every single time Loc was professional and effecient. Last week, I took one of my car for its routine smog check and it failed. Loc took the time to tell me why it failed and even went to the internet and showed me the exact parts I needed to fix it. Came back today and got it retested and everything went great. Loc is the man! Thank you for all the help.

Loc saved me $100s. Two years in a row! Last year I took my high-mileage 2002 expedition here for a standard smog. It failed, but Loc told me exactly where the problem was (bad hose) and took the time to look up the part which was easy to change, but would have been impossible for me to figure out without a mechanics test. So this year before I had a chance to get it smog fed, the car started running really rough. I hate taking this old car to a mechanic because it's so expensive just to get a diagnosis. But this was bad and couldn't wait. Then I remembered how helpful Loc was and went to see him yesterday. Sure enough he failed it and showed me that one of my 8 cylinders was misfiring. Then for the next 10 min he showed me the most likely causes (spark plug or ignition coil). He showed me which cylinder and coil it was. Drew a diagram. Looked up the part number and even showed me issues I needed to avoid if I had to change the plug ( which is hard to do on this engine). I got the coil since that was less likely to go wrong in the process and that fixed it! Can't say enough about Loc. See him. Recommend him to your friends.

Quickest and easiest smog check in the area. Have been going here for the last couple of years and they are the best in terms of efficiency and cost.

If you make an appointment with these guys be sure you are talking to the guy that does the smog test and not some other employee. I made an appointment for 3PM this afternoon and drove over there during the beginning of commute traffic. Took almost a half hour to get there and when I did the smog guy said I didn't have an appointment... said I must have talked to the wrong person because he was out to lunch when I called. They did have the best price of the smog stations I checked and I see a lot of other positive reviews so I guess I just got stuck talking to the wrong guy.
