It is very seldom that you run into a business who truly meant it when they want to put the customer's interest first and do what is the best interest of the customer first. Crash Champions Concord and James Freeman delivered that kind of rare customer services. I had my minor crash repairs done with them a few months ago through my claims with AAA. They did an outstanding job and I was happy with their service. Today, I backed my car out of my driveway and caused some minor scratches on the side of my car so I made an appointment with James and asked him if we could taking care of the minor scratches. James took a look at the damage and told me to wait for him at the lobby. He came back less than ten minutes later and told me the issue was taking care of and sent me on my way. The car looked great and I was beyond grateful and touched by this act of kindness and top notch customer services. Told James, I hope not to be back soon but if I ever need body works done on our two cars, Crash Champions Concord is the only place I will go. Kudos to James and Crash Champions going out of their way to take care of their customers and they have earned my business for life!

I've unfortunately had the misfortune of getting into an accident for 3 consecutive years. I've always gone to Crash Champion each time. They are very efficient and clear in communicating everything even though they get extremely busy.

Hey Everybody, I just had my work truck put in the shop. It looks great absolutely no complaints at all. The work looks great and JAMES is just great and professional. James knew I needed my work truck so he helped me out by expediting the process. Thank you Crash Champions you guys are awesome.

Good experience with Crash Champions on Via De Mercados, the staff were very professional. Karen Juarez was great, so pleasant and attentive, the communication was frequent and the work was completed early. Highly recommended.

These people are incompetent to get parts from dealership, it took them two month to handle the side panel. At the end we were told to look for a different commercial body shop. Even after the shop manager (Caren or Karen her name) has promised to take the matter into her hands. If you're incapable to do the job, don't even start and waste customers time!Not so much of a "Champion"Very disappointed!Bay Auto Body took care of my van.???

BEWARE!!!!!! This crew lost part of my car. Yep, lost it. Then, the management didn't aeven make an offer to replace the lost part. They were both arrogant and incompetent. They looked around the business property for my missing part, and decided "somebody must have thrown it away. VIOLATIKON OF CALIFORNIA LAW. ..If you are smart, you will--TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Mercury insurance referred me to them. I took my car there Aug 19th 2022 it is now Dec 1st 2022 and I still have not received my car back. They claim parts are on back order. Customer service rep gives me the run around every time I call. When ever I ask to speakTo the manager she says he’s on lunch or the other line and I will receive a call back and I never do.
