I came to the concord pcs metro many times, it was not helpful at all, she (let da)said to call customer service constantly. I called and he went and just sat there. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Everything ends when it's sold.

This metro by tmobile store is by far the best one in the bay. They have great customer service and very friendly. Ment took care of my phone needs very quickly and took my frustration to a smile in minutes. He went the extra mile to make me happy and deserves 5 stars.

***DO NOT CONFUSE this MetroPCS location at 1701 Monument Blvd. with the other MetroPCS location at 1701 Willow Pass Road because they both have the same street number! Bring your business here! : ) I really value when I receive genuine customer service from a business, especially when an employee goes out of their way to be helpful. That's exactly how I liked to treat customers when I worked in retail, so I really appreciate the effort : ) The great customer service began on the telephone when I called up to find out if they carry peripherals that would be compatible with my nephew's MetroPCS phone. I had called two other MetroPCS stores, and no one had answered. (I like to call ahead to find out if items are in stock before I spend time driving to a retail location). Calling a third location, a very polite female employee answered the phone -- and answered all of my questions -- so nicely in fact, that I knew that the customer service in person would be just as good. That's why I actually drove out of my way to go to this store a few days later. The store is located in the Albertson's Shopping Center (across the street from the Four Corners Shopping Center) on the far end of the center next to Hello Pho and Subway, right across the street from McDonald's. It's a small storefront, but they have all of their phones on display, accessories behind glass and behind the cash wrap, and two associates behind the counter. When I came in, I spoke with Leyda, whom I believe might have been the same employee on the phone. I was right; in-person customer service was great! Leyda went out of her way to check the peripheral that I needed -- a USB battery pack -- on my nephew's phone, her phone, and on my phone to make sure that it worked. After troubleshooting, it turned out that the pack that I had wasn't fully charged. Doh! : " ) *Three things:*Â (1) It was really nice that she had an Android phone and that she took the initiative to use it to test the battery pack (2) She did not laugh, like most people do, when she saw my old phone, and simply had me test on it (3) Rather than pushing a sale, she offered to give us a good deal when we returned if the battery pack that I had still didn't charge and she pointed out the 4 color options and styles available Respect. I saw her treat other customers who had just come in with the same courtesy, as did her male co-worker, who assisted Spanish speaking customers who came in. *Note: Se habla espaí±ol aquí : )
