Great store ,good location, safe parking, store is clean staff is friendly and very helpful , the inventory and prices good it was overall very stress free and positive experience this is now my go to spot for my Metro needs ???

Went to the LOUSY store in Pleasant Hill, I had lost my cell over the weekend. The manger gave me not one bit of service and I arrived just as they opened. I was going to purchase a new iPhone there, however he was so rude and unhelpful, I went to the Apple store in Walnut Creek where I purchased a new ($1200) cell phone. I needed a new sim car, so I returned to Metro intending on just dealing with someone else, the nice young man Umir was professional, knowledgeable and fixed my issues in short order. The manager needs to get lessons in customer service....terrible skills.Thank you Umir for your help, I will make sure to fill out the review with your company and you get credit for your stellar help.

First went to the LOUSY corporate store in P.H. (see my review on them). Next, I called this Concord store (Port Chicago Hwy.) and spoke to Patty about a phone I wanted and she confirmed she had it in stock.Drove there and she had it ready for us. She had us up and running within just a few minutes and was very helpful and pleasant.

Staff , Paty, Was wonderful and so customer friendly she made everything so easy and totally hooked everything up quickly and knew exactly what she was doing. Best help I've ever gotten by metro after 6 years of being a customer! Thanks girl! :)

I went in to get my phone SIM card changed to the new phone. The person who helped me was kind but totally misinformed or deceitful. She assured me that the screen protector for $35 was the best would never crack or get finger prints. I called 2 days later to say mine had cracked and did indeed have fingerprints. She then said they all do that it wasn't replaceable. This was a rip off- I could have gotten 7 five dollar screens & replaced them if they all do this anyway.Do not buy screen savers here!!!!!!!

Thank God I found these guys, who ever said you can only have an affordable family plan with the big names like Verizon and att I found mine thanks to the professionals at this location that made some great recommendations so I can save money while me and my family enjoy the devices we like, my daughtes got an iPhone and me and wife have Galaxy Samsung very very happy. Hopefully phone lines for my business and employees soon with a business plan

Dont buy the screen protectors. Mine fell off in a week and they wouldnt refund me or give me a new one. Waste of $30

Great set of professionals made my transition from my 15 years cellphone provider painless. Julius went over and beyond to go over our new services and I appreciate that. After I received my first billing statement, it proved that Julius/ Metro PCS is true to their words. Since the transition I don't see any negative changes and so Thankful we switch because now we are saving tons of money. Evelyn
