I came with a phone that wasn't charging, I thought the port was broken, they checked it, told me what they thought could be, also told me what could be the worst case, I waited a few minutes and now I have a fully functional phone just like new and the fee was cheap, totally recommend this place, you can also see what they do to your phone and I think that's worth some extra points.

Dropped my phone, cracked my screen, usual story! After they replaced the screen, my front camera was blurry- turned out to be an issue with the replacement screen, I came back and they fixed that with no issue. I went on a Monday each time and they were able to fix it and get it back to me the same day.Their time estimates were pretty accurate, and I saw them dealing with multiple other customers. Both the clerk and the owner seem chill, respectful and cheerful.

I called to get a pixel 6a battery replaced and the employee on the other end told me my phone should still be under warranty for a free replacement battery. He was right and saved me 125 dollars instead of withholding that info and making a quick buck. I am definitely going to MD Wireless or referring them for any repairs moving forward.

6 stars, yes. Verizon recommended MD Wireless. I needed to replace a camera on my i14 and they did this in about an hour. Their price was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Called before I arrived, associate at the counter was nice, but said had to check with the boss, but come on down, waited a while, boss couldn't be bothered, totally ignored the associate and I, associate feeling very uncomfortable, I said it was ok to relax him, the behavior was very obvious, finely I get a bid, which shocked both of us. No Thanks! I see how the boss work it, found someone else with much better value, where I wasn't charged extra and with attitude, I guess a simple task was below him. Must be important!
