I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received at the Mattress Firm in Concord. Jason was very personable and knowledgeable on all the different mattress options and with his help I was able to make a decision on a mattress. Jason was able to thoroughly answer all my questions related to mattresses and bed frames. The store is also great as you can try out the mattresses before you buy and the sales reps can answer any questions you may have.

This is our 2nd mattress purchase from Matress Firm - but first time to the Concord Store. Jason was great to talk to about our needs, he answered all our questions - and didn't pressure us into any upgrades. That said his knowledge and guidance based on our sleep needs allowed us to make informed decisions and feel the items we chose made sense. Great all around service and easy financing options!

Before we arrived, my partner said his bed budget was $400. We walked out of here with a 24 month zero interest payment plan of $160/mo for a tempurpedic mattress that is going to make our lives SO MUCH BETTER! Thank you Dan for patiently and so kindly educating us on how to pick the right bed, and also how to choose the right payment plan for us! The bed is already in our house less than 24 hours later. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 9:30-11:30 and they arrived perfectly at 10am and were gone by 10:15. Just incredible! (They would have been even faster if they didn't have to wait for us to finish the last 6 screws on our bed frame.) This Mattress Firm has earned their 5 star rating fair and square! Dan is the man!!
