The way better option versus the orange big-box.This will be my go-to store. Great customer service, well organized, and they have 8-foot trucks available for rent at a rate of $20 for 3 hours (plus deposit).Purchased all my counter tops, cabinets, and bathroom fixtures for my home remodel. I will be shopping here in the future.

Lowes does not do remodels well. Do not go here. Go to Home Depot where they have experience

I bought 18 LED lights to replace canned lights. Of the 18, 8 broke where the metal compression clips were attached to the light with plastic. I called the store to see if I could get a credit, and they said no. Without my receipt from 4 months ago or a phone number, they could do nothing. They used to have great customer service, but now it is awful. I'll be shopping at Home Depot or Ace from now on. Lowes has TERRIBLE customer service!

Lowe's offers free assembly of home BBQ grills over $600. On Oct 28th 2023 I purchased such a product requesting the free assembly. When it was delivered it was in a box unassembled. I sent it back once again requesting assembly, again it was sent back to me unassembled. Now Lowe's wants to charge me an extra $40 to assemble this production an it is now Nov 10th. What the store promises is not what gets delivered. Do not purchase anything from Lowe's when free assembly is offered you will not get it !

I went to Lowe's to look for wood for my daughter's senior prom for a float to build and to be I always go to Home Depot but the Lowe's in concord was on a stop to my house and I ask to speak to a manager and I meet a lady that really needs more retraining or look for a different job because when you're at Lowe's, you work with customers and you need to have a customer service skills and to be honest, the associate that works at Lowe's named PRIYA really needs to get retrain and needs to see how she treats people I had a horrible experience and honestly I will never ever go back to Lowes. I've had better experience at Homedepot's then I ever had here. And honestly I meant the ASM Oley and I even brought it to he's attention about the horrible experience I hade with PRIYA she was rude and honestly made me feel stupid like I was just asking a question really needs to value the customer I can say this Lowe's need to work there employees because PRIYA made a horrible experience

I was looking for a piece of carpet for my dogs steps maybe about a foot long. I found a pile of what appeared to be trash, broken wood, crumpled paper piled up on the floor. I saw a piece of carpet, looked like the end of a roll, definitely not sellable and KT tried to tell me it was $6. I said maybe I'll just but a new piece off a roll that was marked $3.78 a foot. I asked him for 1 foot. Instead of just cutting off 1 foot, he played around with his calculator for about 5 minutes and then told me the price of the carpet was wrong and now 1 foot of this runner is now about $8. And they are worried about thieves ripping off their store? Though I have been shopping this store since I moved here, I won't be going there again.

I ordered a refrigerator. They rescheduled the delivery with no discussion three times via email only. One delivery was rescheduled on the day of the delivery at 6:30am. The delivery time frame was 8am-12pm. I called at 2pm for the status because it had not arrived (they did not call me and only indicated online that they were "running a little late") and at that point they discovered that the delivery person was not going in the order as instructed. People with deliveries scheduled after ours had already received their delivery. The refrigerator arrived at 4pm. It was not leveled, just put in place with the water line hooked up. I am giving two stars because the sale price was quite good. I will never order items from Lowe's that are not in stock again. This delivery was handled out of the Concord store, where the phone seems to be rarely answered.

I went to the store, showed the salesman the refrigerator that I wanted, and paid for it. It was to be delivered on 8/28. They delivered the refrigerator but couldn't fit it through the door to the kitchen. So they put it in my living room. I called the salesman as soon as the delivery men left to reschedule the installation and haul away. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. So that afternoon I called "customer care". Took a long time explaining that I needed the delivery guys to come back and she said she would forward my request to scheduling. IT NEVER HAPPENED. Because the following morning I went to the store and they had no record of my request. Nice woman in the store scheduled a new delivery day for the next day between 12-4. DELIVERY DIDNT COME. When I started calling at 3:55 and finally spoke to someone at 4:39 (after calling back twice since the system hung up on me), I was referred to their subcontracted delivery company, DSI. Spoke to James who said my order was closed because I wasn't home. According to the report, they knocked. If it happened, it had to be the softest knock in history. I was sitting in my living room waiting and watching but missed them. Now I have a doorbell, which they did not ring. And I have a phone that they did not call. Hhhmmm? Also, I checked the website and the price had decreased by $80 since I purchased it the week before. When I spoke to the salesman, he said that they oils only adjust what I paid within two days. When I went to the store, customer service said I had 10 days. WTF. Salesman didn't care. Never again.

Today was the 2nd time I had tried to place an order for delivery from THIS store and they cancelled the entire order as "out of stock". Their website CLEARLY shows they have MANY in stock... last time I went to the store and pulled the item from the shelf where they had several. This is a continued problem from THIS specific store.

We drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to this Lowe's Store. In Concord California. Staff was happy to greet us , open the front doors and smiled. Our items were in the lockers at the front of the store. Our very small town does have hardware store but never have what we need. Lowes has a huge selection and restock most popular items. Whether it's seasonal items or tools, large or small, Lowes might have it. Call ahead or surf the website. Many brands we l o v e .

I recently purchased a large 10 drawer toolbox at the Lowe's Home Improvement store in Concord, Ca. I had a very good experience at this store. I had a Lowe's sales associate named Joe who works in the tile and floor department. He took the time to find the right tool box for my needs. He also recommended that I apply for a Lowe's credit card which saved me an extra 20% off my purchase. It is very special to find someone who sincerely wants to make your shopping experience a special one. Thank you Joe for all your help.. You are the best. Arsenio

Hi see the low star rating at this particular. Location is well deserved. There are many employees yet no one will assist. They either say it's not their department or say they will call for assistance and don't. One guy looked right past me, and looked at a man and said oh skews me sir. You look like you could use some help. How biased is that? it took over an hour to purchase a toolbox it's pretty ridiculous

Came to Loehse today to get some plants for my backyard so that it wouldn't look nice and be able to fill out throughout the summer. Got a flatbed picked up some plants found a lime tree and was asking somebody for help. Take me to another area of the store so I left my flatbed there, and when I went back the plants were all gone. Ask the gentleman who worked in the garden center. If they knew where my cart was and pretty much blew me off and acted like I was nuts here's a cart right here they kept saying, and proceeded to ignore me the one woman who was helping me they sent her on break, and then told me they couldn't do my shopping for me, which is not what I was asking them for, if you want any help in the garden department, you have to ask the women Michelle is the really knowledgeable one who was sent on break and Saffiya the assistant manager was very very nice and helpful!! these ladies are the only reason I'm giving a four-star review!!

Don't wait for a call back, visit the customer service counter!! I had manufacture warranty approved store exchange item. Manufacture said paperwork is done and wait for the phone call from Lowe's to contact me to schedule the exchange. Several weeks passed and no phone calls (within in these several weeks, manufacturers contacted and resent papers to Lowe's 3 times), I finally went to the store. My exchange order was in the system and was told they "don't usually call customers". Okay, I didn't know I was supposed to show up at the store. Now broken item is picked up and I was told to wait for a call from Lowe's to schedule the replacement delivery. No phone calls. I called several times and no one picks up my call. So I went to the counter again. They told me only manager can enter the information which needed to schedule the exchange. They said someone will "call" me. I am fed up with "call" so I asked to speak with someone and i won't leave until my delivery is scheduled. All people who helped me at the counter in the past few days were nice and tried their best to help me. Just don't wait for a phone calls if you need something to be done!
