Was there 1/27 at 3pm and the too girls provide such bad customer service. They seem very lazy, not even a greeting or peep. That’s not the first time I walk in and see one of them, looks like nothing has changed.

Concord store closed prior to scheduled closing time. Staff said they closed at 7:45. They intended to ignore my inquiry from the register. I asked who the manager was. There was stalling then responded with Chris. And we don’t know when he comes in. Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior
