Tiana and Heidy were excellent. They deserve a raise. They were very informative and attentive from the time I walked in to the time I left. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I’m sorry I took so long to write a review but I hope your efforts don’t go unnoticed because you two deserve all the praises for ypur hard you work. Thank you again!

Du’Praiseja is the best! It was my first time buying scrubs here and she was so pleasant and helpful. She answered all of my questions and I was able to find scrubs I love. There are many options to choose from in store and they have petite sizing for pants…so glad I went!

Great service makes up for lack of inventory. Sales rep tried finding availability in other stores nation wide to ship for free, but no luck, so gave free ship code for online orders. Thanks!

There was a good selection of scrubs here; I actually managed to find suitable pants for myself. Additionally, the salesperson, Du'Praisej, was very friendly and helpful during my visit. I look forward to shopping here again in the future.

LOST A MAJOR SALE FOR BEING RUDE! I needed new scrubs, a stethoscope and some cute accessories for my program. I was prepared to spend a lot of money. I walked in and not even a glance or acknowledgment. I said "hello!" and they continue to ignore me. They were having a conversation about the customer before me. Talking trash about a return and making personal insults about the women's weight and looks. And they continued this loud conversation the entire time I was in the store. I wanted some help but not wanting to interrupt their conversation I couldn't find a break in their exchange to ask a question. I walked around for 10 minutes looking. Never one acknowledgment or even a glance. I worked retail for 5 years and if this was my establishment, a write up would be an understatement. Super unprofessional. I was not gonna give my money to a store who acts this way to customers. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. As I left I said "thank you! Have a nice day" and nothing. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I'll let it be know to everyone that asks where to find scrubs that this place is garbage. I ended making a $470 Figs order and a $150 Amazon order, money I was willing to send at a small establishment. During COVID, I made it a point to shop small and to not give big corps my money, but businesses like this are the reason why more and more people shop online. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I went to buy uniforms for my new job and Heidy was very helpful! She helped me get everything I needed and showed me the store's sales. I would definitely come back if I need to buy uniforms again.

Absolutely love this store. Staff is always friendly and helpful today. I started a new job where I needed to get new scrubs, and I was greeted by Heidi, who helps me pick out two new sets of scrub so different colors that I liked and two different styles which I absolutely loved. This was out of my comfort zone and out of my norm, but I absolutely loved her help and her opinion I look forward to shopping more there and having her help me pick out more amazing uniforms.! Thanks Heidi I look forward to my next shopping experience!

Make sure you check your scrubs very well b4 you buy them. Staff here doesnt know their own policy! I brought pants back after I had washed them (BC I WAS TOLD I COULD BY AN EMPLOYEE!) and when I got to the store I was told something different by a different employee. I hadnt owned the pants a month! And you could tell it was a manufacturing issue as the little holes opened up on the side of the leg, I would had never thought on looking on the side of the leg as its not a place where clothes normally break.... so... long story short.... wasted my $ in scrubs and gas!! This is another reason I buy scrubs online lately! Opted not to wait and ended up w faulty scrubs, loosing time, money, and patience! ?

I came in a few weeks ago and the service that I received from Nina and Maddie was spectacular! They are extremely professional helpful and patient with clients. I’d go back because of their amazing service.

Today was my first experience buying scrubs and it was great. The store manager Jennifer was amazing.. I didn’t know my size and she gave me one on one customer service. I haven’t had this type of service from a store rep in years. She went above and beyond to get me set. If your looking for excellent customer service this is the store for you. Irene

Monique and Du’Praiseja were amazing!!! I walked in and they made me feel so welcomed! They helped me buy scrubs for the first time and made the process easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend stopping in here if you need help finding your scrubs. They are hilarious and super helpful:)
