I bought a brand new 2024 Lexus TX350 from this dealership and couldn't be any more happy! Moustafa made the process very seamless and easy to trade in my BMW X6. I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else for a brand new car.. the manager Ali was also very helpful and informative. Great, clear and friendly communication with all parties I highly recommend this dealership!

We had an amazing experience here, particularly with Bryan. The minute we walked into the showroom, Bryan came to greet us with a warm smile and handshake. He really listened to what we were interested in and followed our lead when we saw cars we liked; never tried to push us into anything. And if we had questions, he was very knowledgeable. You can tell that he loves cars!This purchase was a really big deal for my family member, as she recovered from a near death experience last year and wanted a new car with all the "bells and whistles" (and I wanted all the great safety features for her). My husband and I both drive Lexus, too, and so we knew she'd be getting a great car. She really wanted a vibrant blue color, so she was delighted when she saw one on the lot. At competing car dealerships we had looked at earlier in the day, the color was hard to come by and she also needed to upgrade a lot to get the things that were standard with Lexus - like leather seats and other luxury amenities. When we took the hybrid car she wanted for a spin, Bryan gave my cousin the confidence to use the guides to perfectly back up into a parking spot; something she never did before. Bryan made the whole process so easy for us. When we came back the next day to seal the deal, we shared that my cousin is from San Francisco and was staying with me the weekend and had been dropped off by her husband the day before. So, Bryan offered to drive her home in the new car and take an Uber back (I went with them, too). He helped her get her phone hooked up and explained all the features as he drove her home and was happy to chat with her husband about the car when we got back to their house. Bryan was just an all around delight! Lexus of Concord is lucky to have him.Finally, shout out to Basir, too, who helped us select a warranty package. He has been with Lexus of Concord for a decade, so he also didn't make us feel too pressured and worked with us until we felt we had the right package. My cousin has been driving around in her Grecian Water car and is amazed to be able to back into her garage now! I think I've just brought another Lexus for Lifer into the family .... thank you, Bryan and Basir!

First time servicing my car at Lexus of Concord. Service Advisor, Nathan, was super knowledgeable and got me comfortable right away with questions and concerns I had upon sitting on the chair in his office. Everyone smiled and was friendly. Facility was clean and comfortable, and very near shopping area too. Car came back washed and taken care of. Great Lexus service location!

Nathan did an amazing job assisting me with all my car needs. He was informative, kind, considerate, and very personable. I appreciated his great attitude and accommodating ways. The two guys who drove me to the shopping center while I waited, Ryan and Chris, were incredibly nice and very professional. It was my first time buying a new car and I spent the past few months looking for the exact Lexus model (350 hybrid) in atomic silver with blk interior which was surprisingly hard to find and reserve. Since these models are high in demand, I didn't have the best customer experience with the dealerships across the Bay Area. Ovais reached out to me when the car I wanted came in and was extremely nice, patient and worked with me and my friend to ensure I had a smooth experience with this big purchase. He answered any questions I had, did his best to make sure we got the best deal, very friendly andnot pushy with genuine advice. I highly recommend the customer service at this location and with Ovais!

Due to my car being totaled, I forced into this currently crazy car market. I decided on a Lexus Rx 350h and put out feelers to local dealerships. I kept getting texts re the 500h, despite making it clear I wanted a 350h. Then Jasmine from Lexus of Concord reached out to me and when I informed her that I wanted a 350h, she replied they had one on the lot to test drive. I immediately made an appointment for later that day and was told to ask for her when approached by her colleagues. I brought my mother with me and when we walked into the dealership, no one helped us. A woman saw us, and then darted her eyes back to her computer screen. There was no "can we help you," or "someone would be with you in a moment." Nothing. I decided to look at the cars in the showroom. Still, nothing. Ten minutes lapsed and we were about to walk out, but I decided to instead text Jasmine letting her know. She immediately found me, apologized, and went to get a salesperson for me: Randi. (And it should be mentioned that since Randi is an "online salesperson" he is not to approach walk-in customers; rather, walk-ins are meant for floor salespersons. Hence the reason Randi didn't approach us.)Randi is fantastic. We went on a test drive, looked at options, talked about what I wanted, etc. There was no pressure and no sleazy sales tactics. Randi happily pulled up cars in different colors so I could see them in the sun, and one time he even brought two cars out so I could compare an interior color (that was in one car) to an exterior color (the other car). My mother mentioned looking at Rav4s to buy, and rather than pressure her into a Lexus, Randi kindly offered to recommend Toyota salespersons. I put in my order for an Rx350h+...but that was far from the end of our story with Randi.I decided I wanted a different exterior color, and was thinking maybe the luxury trim, so I wanted to test drive one with HUD/panoramic roof/etc. Randi and I set up a time for a test drive, with my mother along for the ride. Low and behold, I decided to change the color and options. Randi was great in helping me. Randi also asked my mother how the Rav4 search was going and, to even my surprise, she mentioned wanting to look at the Nx 350h. We noticed that time was running late, so out of respect of the employees' time, we made an appointment for us to come back - this time with mom test driving.So, here we are on our third visit to Lexus of Concord; this time, for my mom. Randi mentioned there was an Nx450h+ available for test drive, and he didn't have to tell her twice. The test drive was exactly what she was hoping for in a vehicle, so she gave him the specs and colors she wanted. Turns out the Nx450h+ she test drove had everything she wanted except park assist. After thinking it over, she decided to buy now rather than wait, so she started the paperwork. However, in true fashion, we took a lot of time in discussions/looking at options and noticed that it was about closing time - so we decided to put down a deposit and come back Sunday. The car was washed, charged, red bow accessorized, and ready for the multiple photo-ops Randi graciously endured as the photographer. Before she knew it, my mom was driving her latest baby home. Now, I just have to wait for mine to arrive. It should also be noted that between each visit, either my mother or I would text Randi with questions, concerns, etc., and each time, Randi promptly, happily, and thoroughly answered.So, to sum it up, Randi and Jasmine saved my opinion of Lexus of Concord. I informed both managers immediately, letting them know how exemplary Randi and Jasmine are as employees and that I hope management greatly appreciates having them on the Lexus of Concord Team. And, of course, a special shoutout to Randi - seriously the best salesperson! I highly recommend going to Lexus of Concord and asking for Randi to ensure a great buying experience.

It’s always a pleasure taking my car in for service. From the second I bring my car up to the very end. I’m always greeted, doors are always opened, and always walked over to the desk. Bill Hammond has been the only service advisor that I’ve worked with, and I couldn’t be happier. He takes the time to make sure I understand the contact, and he is communicative through the process.
