This was my first time at Concord Lexus!! I recently moved so I decided to try them based on a friend’s recommendation.
I made an appointment and when I arrived Nick had my service history pulled up and was able to help me decide which plan best suited my needs.
I needed to run an errand so Ron, the courtesy driver dropped me and my sister off at the nearby Veranda Center. I took care of my business and Nick called to say my car was ready. Then, Ron called to let me know he was on his way to pick us up!! Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating! At a time when I have had to problem solve so many issues with my move, I have to say that Lexus at Concord took real good care of me! I will definitely return when my car needs servicing! Thank you all so much!!

Went to LEXUS of Concord for service on my RX350. I found out that my service advisor at a Toyota dealership in the north Bay was now a service advisor at LEXUS of Concord.
I had always received good service and advice from Nick Carvalho when he worked for Toyota and was pleased to have again the pleasure of Nick servicing my LEXUS needs.
I will certainly return to LEXUS of Concord, it appears to be a smaller dealership and not a "mega" store.
I was treated well and my auto servicing needs were accomplished in a professional and expeditious manner.
Hats off to LEXUS of Concord and having Nick Carvalho aboard.

Great quick service & very professional except I feel my concerns about the exhaust smell inside my car wasn’t fully addressed. Nothing was done about it except for a test drive and that is my complaint.
I was told there’s most likely sediment is the gas tank & I need to drive more aggressively? I drive on the freeway regularly and get a sulphur smell when accelerating.
My vehicle is under warranty, couldn’t they empty the gas tank???

I recently had the pleasure of working with John Hurt, the Loyalty Manager at Lexus of Concord, and I can't recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, John made the car-buying process seamless and enjoyable.
I was in the market for a 2024 Lexus RX350h, and John made negotiating the pricing over the phone a breeze. We settled on a fair price late on a Sunday, and by Monday, my family and I were driving away in our new vehicle.
John's professionalism and efficiency were impressive, and his straightforward approach took all the hassle out of the process. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I’m grateful for John's excellent service.
