Walked in unannounced to find a broken switch I needed for my GE dryer. They didn't have the part in stock but they were very accommodating and sourced the part which I'll pick up tomorrow from them. Great resource and a dying breed for the DYI'ers and really appreciate their existence.

Contacted Leo's Appliance Parts for a component for a discontinued Samsung refrigerator, and although their vendor no longer carries it, Maria referred me to another distributor who's site she uses for Samsungs exploded view. She informed me their site indicated they had the part in stock. I call that CUSTOMER SERVICE. And yes, I am writing this review for Leo's who I did not even purchase from. The part is on order and the problem with my discontinued refrigerator solved. Thank you very much.

Leo's always has the replacement parts that I'm looking for! So far they have helped me bring my dryer and dishwasher machines back to life! Skip the online purchase of cheap knock parts that cost more and take longer to deliver! Just order from Leo's and know you're getting the right parts that will last!

I had an LG dryer stop heating. Found the high limit switch faulty. Replaced the temp sensor, thermistor, high limit switch and thermostat. Dryer is 11 years old, replaced all sensors because I wasn't anxious to keep replacing sensors one by one. Leo's had all the parts at reasonable prices. The customer service is excellent!

Have you ever experienced sieving for gemstones from sand and finding delight in seeing a good-looking gem? I had a similar happy moment when I found Leo's appliance store through a referral. It is a unique place to get appliance parts that are unavailable elsewhere. I was looking for contact sockets for a wall oven. The associate took the time to search it from the back. When found, they were the exact match. A bonus I received was helpful education on appliance repair. I think coming here accomplished supporting local merchants. Leo carries OEM parts also if that's what you are looking for.

I needed a good appliance repair person and my nephew, who does all of his own repairs, recommended that I call Leo for a trustworthy reference. Leo was very kind over the phone and gave me some good information and options, even if I was not going to do business with him. If I need appliance parts or another recommendation, I'm going back to Leo.

Well it goes like this. I have a microwave oven that's not working, so I go on the web and find a video showing step by step of how to check this out, and I do so, and figure out that I need a fuse and a thermo switch. Then I go to Leo's. I bring in the thermo switch and Leo tests the switch for continuity and says "yep it's bad", then proceeds to tell me they will have to order a replacement. Verifies the placement from the schematics from the appliance parts website and proceeds with charging me $41. 38, and the part should be in by Friday. The following day I get a call that my part is in. I go down and pick the part up and leave. As I'm leaving, I have a feeling that I should check this part out to make sure that it works, because they have signs posted "Zero Refunds on Electronic Parts, No exceptions", Well, being the trusting fool that I am I ignored that voice in my head and went home with my new thermo switch. Yep, sure enough I opened the package and checked the thermo switch for continuity, and it showed to be bad. WoW, how can this be, so I check it along with the old switch and they both show the same result. Now, I'm curious and furious, thinking I just ate nearly $42. Then I decided to review all of my steps and actually researched this specific thermo switch, to finally discover that this thermo switch is Normally Open, which means it won't show any continuity thru it's posts. Well, having partially redeemed my deductive reasoning, I reassembled the microwave with the old thermo switch and a new 20amp fuse, and everything worked. Now for the task of acquiring a refund. I showed up here at Leo's and stated my case, and the older guy was feeling threatened that I may be accusing him of not doing his job, while falling back on the fact that he only ordered the part that I told him to order, and they have a "Zero Refund Policy on All Electronic Parts", and I'm attempting to explain that it is not either of our faults, but the lack of clarity on the part of the manufacturer of this particular part, for failing to identify this part as a Normally Open component, that they have most likely sold thousands of these deceptive devices to unsuspecting customers and technicians. Ching, CHING$$$. Well, now steps in logic and reasoning on the part of another employee who agrees to provide me a refund. I thank him profusely and decide to write this review. I do appreciate this business, but, there has to be some recourse of doing business better. Thanks again for the refund. Rich Mohr

You don't wait, don't track, don't get the package stolen from your porch. You buy it and install it SAME DAY. Go to Leo's ALWAYS.

If you have money to burn...you will probably burn it here. Came in for a refrigerator air filter. They charged $34.75 for one filter. Then if you need to return a part they charge a 25% "restocking fee". That is crazy. Go to Amazon and pay $12.00 for the same part....I hope I am never so desperate for an appliance part to need Leo's...

Leo's is awesome. I was fixing my kenmore fridge and sourced a part from kenmore recommended searspartsdirect.com. They sent me the wrong part and on a wild goose chase through phone networks to try to find the correct part. Then I called Leo's, who texted me photos of the two parts and explained how kenmore is a sears brand manufactured by different vendors - since mine was by whirlpool they got me sorted out. Great service and fair prices.
