Very clean office, receptionist is very nice, check in process was easy that I was able to get my blood work earlier than scheduled since I arrived 30 minutes earlier. Marissa did my blood work is friendly and professional! I like the lab room there a window I can look outside so, I do not have to look at the needle on my arm. Looking at the window is better than the wall. I will repeat Thank you staff members . Location is pretty good there a gas station right there and popyes fast food. All other restaurants are further away. Parking looks plentiful although I did not use parking since I use the bus.

Frustrating EVERY SINGLE TIME. They are always understaffed, and super slow. Poor communication on wait times. Employees seem miserable here. Probably terrible to work for this company.
Labcorp needs some competition, as they seem to have a monopoly which allows them to preform so poorly.

I dropped into this Labcorp location for routine lab draw. The lobby had a few folks waiting and it seemed pretty busy. The woman working reception also turned out to be the phlebotomist. My experience with modern lab offices is they typically understaff their locations leading to backups and frustrated customers.
I witnessed phlebotomist Marissa courteously and professionally handle the workload with a friendly demeanor and attitude. It’s clear that some of the clientele were repeat customers who enjoyed their interactions in this office.
When it was my turn, my visit was prompt and uneventful. Marissa was able to draw quickly with minimal pain. Nobody enjoys going for a lab draw, but my experience today means I won’t dread the next visit here.

Receptionist was extremely rude. Not just to me but to everyone else who came in while I was there.

Use this location at your own risk!! Worst experience ever. Receptionist was not present upon entrance. While checking in on the kiosk she then arrived with an incredibly unpleasant attitude. While I understand that we are all susceptible to bad days and for that I can forgive, but to gaslight me by rudely saying and snarling " what's wrong with you ??" I thought to myself what kind of nonsensical unprofessional medical office is this?? Furthermore, I then get to into the office to see the phlebotomist. Warning her ahead of time that I do have small veins and it has been my personal experience that others have used a butterfly needle to assist in locating the vein. She did not listen and after multiple uncomfortable attempts of jabbing along she then tries the most unorthodox method I have ever experienced. By slapping my forearm with the force of an angry mother. I couldn't believe it. I then got up... perplexed by what the hell just happened . Grabbed my belongings and left the nightmare immediately. Quality control research must be done at this laboratory as soon as professionally possible. What an unfortunate waste of my money and time.

One of the receptionists/phlebotomists was extremely rude, yelling at her fellow coworker in front of customers because she was helping me to check in without an appointment. The other phlebotomist was very sweet and patient. She was professional despite being yelled at. Felt sorry for her trying to help me. Do not recommend this labcorp overall.

I used to go to this lab Corp to do my blood work. It used to have walk ins. Now you need an appointment. Every time I call for an appointment it would be full. I end up going to the hospital to do my blood. I liked going to this lab Corp because it's walking distance from my house

This place is awful. As soon as you walk in the doors they tell you you better have an appt or you won't get seen. The receptionist is rude beyond belief...

Incredibly rude and officious receptionist. I'll never use any Labcorp again unless there is no other alternative.

I used to like this lab but now I hesitate to go back especially at this location. They are rude and they would not see me unless I had an appointment. I had a stat order and I had to go down to the lab on Grant Street and get my stat lab work done. When you work in the medical field you have to be understanding, compassionate, & patient, I worked in the medical field for over 22 years and I would never treated a patient the way I was treated. If the receptionist doesn't like her job then go find another one and put somebody there that knows how to be kind and understanding and wants to help people.

Good luck with that receptionist.Inefficient, slow & rude. She wastes your time & it takes multiple visits for a single blood test. She yells, not talk. The technicians are competent and friendly though. (If you can pass the receptionist)Won't return.February 2023.
