I came in several times for the heavy duty rubber tile flooring, often enough that the employees recognize me. I bought 30 tiles total. The employees are always super helpful and kind. . However, today, I went in and noticed the sign said $10.99/ea and I believed I'd been paying $10/ea. Not a big deal right but I asked about it because I'd already bought so many and I needed to buy 5 more. Well, an employee asked the owner about the pricing and the attitude the owner gave me was completely dismissive and rude. He said I must have bought the cheaper foam tiles and if I wanted any more, I could have them for 10.99. Then he threw his arms up, turned his back, and walked away from me. Are you kidding me???? Uhhhhh I'm not an idiot and I'm not blind and I know exactly which tiles I bought because I had already purchased 25 of them over the last week and the other employees had all helped me before with those EXACT tiles . His tone of voice and body language were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I was clearly upset by the exchange and the employees apologized for how he treated me and said he was just in a rush. Guess what homie, we're all in a rush and life is hard. Regardless of what you have going on, you don't need to be a dick to the only female customer in the store, when all I was looking for was clarification on the pricing. I wasn't trying to haggle or get a deal. I just wanted to know if the price had gone up because I was told I was paying $10/each! I loved this place but I'm disgusted by how rude the owner is and I doubt I'll be back.

Prices are near or over retail. $5+ for a 3-pack of tennis balls? That's a bit of a joke. Plus, the canister of tennis balls has been opened. I understand that overhead expenses determines a great deal of what the prices would be but I also think they should do a bit of secondary market research. They're selling a pair of used Bowflex dumbbells near retail when other people on facebook or craigslist sell the same item, in comparable condition, far cheaper and without taxes. I've looked at their online store which blends in the inventory of other stores and the prices there aren't nearly as blasphemous as the prices in this location. I'd avoid with 10ft pole. Just make sure you don't buy the pole here.

This is a great place to get sporting goods equipment. The owner is also really nice and friendly. I went in to get some skis. There was a mess up with the receipt. I had to drive back the next day and he fixed it immediately.

Great selection and the place is filled with great deals. Come in.and look around, there are some good items that you wouldn't expect to find. Very polite and professional staff.

Quick and easy! Kids bike inventory flips pretty quickly and we only had a couple bikes to choose from but Bethel was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped us evaluate the couple options and we decided to purchase one of them. They have a 7-day money back guarantee should we decide to change our minds after we get home. I recommend this business.

Just bought a set of Irons and the knowledgeable staff really helped me feel confident on my selection, and that's the other part they have a huge array to suit the beginner the average golfer and the golfer who is terrible but is in denial (myself) Also picked up some weight equipment so it was a great day and saved a lot from other online golf shops !!!

I've been a pretty loyal customer, popping into this store whenever the urge strikes - which, let's be real, is quite often after a round of disc golf with a buddy who's never been the store's biggest fan (he thinks they might moonlight as a "stolen stuff" distribution center), we decide we would stop by to purchase a disc or two. Within minutes, an employee addressed my friend by name and proceeded to launch into a barrage of insults referencing a negative Google review he had posted earlier. This confrontation happened in full view of other customers, creating an atmosphere of discomfort for all present. Even at the checkout counter, the employee's confrontational approach persisted. My friend attempted to explain that he had since removed the review and had discussed the matter with the owner. Surprisingly, the employee revealed himself to be a part owner and continued the unprofessional behavior. I interjected and expressed my deep disappointment in how the employee was handling the situation. It was a difficult decision, but I chose to put back the items I had intended to purchase and left the store. This entire incident has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I have serious reservations about returning to Play It Again Sports unless a sincere apology is offered to my friend for his mistreatment.

Beto helped us put together a starter set of golf clubs and then threw in a free bag and a cheap second set of clubs. Perfect for us as we try a bunch of things out. Also the sheer number of used clubs was amazing!

Alberto was very helpful I was riding my Bike and my pedal fell off after walking 2 miles home I decided to give this place a try. Alberto saved the day by fixing my bike as the piece had stripped. He replaced the part and off I went on my bike. Thank you Alberto you are the best.

Was a fan of this place for the awesome disc golf selections. But no longer a support after they repeatedly sold my lost disc that had my name and phone number and then tried to sell them back to me! No one ever called me like they claimed they did. These guys are legit crooks !!!!! Stay away!!!!

Wow- great customer service!! Super helpful team, eager to answer my questions. Very knowledgeable about many different pieces of equipment. Very affordable prices. A LOT of brand new, in the box inventory. I found everything I was looking for. Also- they have a bunch of LEFTY golf clubs! PSA: As a community, we ALL need to be shopping used FIRST. Less waste, less consumption. I know it's easier to just click "order" on Amazon but please think about supporting our local businesses. I usually am okay paying more if it means local, but here you are actually saving money! Certainly we can all put that savings towards something else.

I called on 10/24 10:30am to ask if they buy rowing machines and they said yes. They asked for the model number too. I came by 10/28 5:00pm and was told they dont want rowers. Waste of my time to take it apart, load it in the car, and drive down there.

I went in there today looking to buy some weights. The guy working the floor told me the plate weights were a dollar each, any of the used ones with at sticker on them. He also told me the dumbbell handles were $2.50. When I got to the counter, the blonde guy running the register was really impatient and rude. The plate weights were actually a $1 a pound he tells me, and the dumbbell handles were 4.99 each. That's fine, but no need to be rude about it, the guy working the floor got the price wrong but at least he was friendly. I can get brand new ones for a few dollars more, or find them at the thrift store for actually a 1 each. So why shop here ever again? I'll take my business elsewhere, as I was not at all pleased with the service.
