Most affordable in town as well! Josh and Tony are both professional and very competent in what they do. Hands down, best towing service in the East Bay!

Excellent service! Tony was awesome to work with. Super friendly, great communication, fast service, and was a huge help upon arrival at the service center where my car was towed. Despite needing the tow, this was Just an all-around great experience and it couldn't have gone smoother. These guys are fantastic, and Tony is the man. Thank you!

Terrible service. This was my auto insurance tow truck of choice for roadside assistance. At first they stated they would arrive to my destination in 20 minutes. 20 minutes Passed I called the person who originally called me and they never picked up. Long story short I waited 1hr and 45 min untill I finally heard back from them only to tell me it would be 45 more minutes. 45 minutes have long passed and Im still waiting! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!! Its fine if its gonna be a while to get here but communicate with the customer!!!!!! I ended up driving my car with a messed up tire to the nearest tire shop myself smh. TERRIBLE.

I called Acura Roadside Assistance for towing my car at 5:15 at night on a weekday with a dead battery and they assigned JS Towing to pick it up. After waiting two hours JS Towing never showed up or answered my calls. Their voicemail box was full and never answered texts like the voicemail instructed me to do. I was assigned another towing company by Acura Roadside Assistance and the other towing company showed up in twenty minutes. Dependability 0 stars Communication 0 stars Reliability 0 stars Recommendation 0 stars Do not call this company, there are many other options.
